This location was fine but the truck was extremely old and had problems starting. Not something you want to deal with after you just loaded a 26 ft truck. Also the AC didn't work. If you want to know what that is like go to Oklahoma in August and enjoy our climate. Also the mirrors on the truck were loose and wouldn't stay in place.

Everything was great. Did run into severe thunderstorms on the 16 hour drive and somehow water got into the trailer and damaged some furniture. Otherwise, smooth transaction with U-haul. I did buy the insurance to cover the trailer and found out it does cover up to $5000 on personal property. Thank you Uhaul for suggesting to purchase the minimum coverage.

Reserved the wrong truck for us. We asked for a truck with a ramp when we called to schedule but that is not what was available when we went to pick it up.

When I picked the trailer up there was no one available to help me for quite some time although I was the only one in the store at the time. When I returned the trailer same thing. After waiting with the equipment in my vehicle (as directed by your sign) for 15 minutes I called the store and asked if anyone had seen me out there and could I expect a longer wait. One of your young employees (Dusty was his name I think, average height, medium build, blond hair) came out. He says: “you the one that called, drive around to the other side”, he unhooked the trailer and went inside and did not say a word. No thank you, no sorry for the wait, nothing. I do not even know if I was checked in. This kid was downright rude to me and I did not like it! How dare you treat paying customers in such a manner? I am applaud and extremely disappointed with the service I received. Shame on you U haul, it will be a hard sell to get me back!

I was there at 10 am on a Saturday and you only had one employee. Really??? He was overwhelmed to say the least. We waited 30 minutes just to talk to him. Thank goodness we made the reservation online and had done the early check-in. For such a large location on a Sat. there should have been more help.

I rented an auto hauler. One of the tires was in really bad shape and should have been inspected prior to rental and replaced. It is not suitable for use on a trailer that is being used for long distance travel over night.

Nobody was in the building when I showed up to pick up the Uhaul truck. When the employee finally came into sight outside of the glass doors, he was about to smoke a cigarette until he saw me. He put it away and came in to help but was not very quick getting things done. The experience was good overall, I just wish that he would realize that when people are moving, time is of the essence and customers are usually in need of getting the Uhaul as quickly as possible.

The truck broke down about halfway to our destination we limped the truck into Amarillo where they replaced the fuel pump. Troubles cost us to arrive about six hours late. Also the air conditioning quit working in the heat of the day.

Had to drive over 100 miles to pick up a truck from my home and was told it was 65 miles out of my way the night before I was to pick up the truck. Yes they did give me 175 miles credit on the truck but I was out 200 miles on my car plus gas and toll fees and 100 on truck plus gas and toll fees fees and moving is stressful enough and representative on phone was rude. Truly pissed me off. I will pay double and use the other companies next time would off this time but could get a truck in time.

I suggest you give instructions on lifting the back door to the truck. I did not realize that the panel needed to be secured and once I released the door it flew up and got stuck. It was quite difficult to get it back down. I was very pleased with the service I received. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Dusty Rose was great! He helped me unload my auto transport and unhitch it from the truck. I watched him and another gentlemen who had great attitudes. Two days later, after dropping off the auto transport, I came back in to check in the truck. Dusty Rose recognized me and was again, a great help. I must say, I was very pleased with how the truck performed.

Did not receive a confirmation call the day before and lo and behold the size truck we rented was NOT available. Nor was the appliance dolly available. We could have went to another UHaul had we known what we reserved was not available!

Online, I had chosen the option for a 10-foot truck and it looked like that was what I had reserved according to the follow-up email I received. However, when I arrived at the U-Haul place listed above, I was told my reservation was for a 9-foot cargo van, which my son and I determined would not hold everything we needed to transfer from one place to another in one trip. We were given the option of taking a 17-foot truck, but the mileage went up from 59 cents a mile to 99 cents a mile. I wasn't too happy that my reservation got screwed up and I had to pay more than planned. The 17-foot truck was actually overkill for the job we had planned. I truly don't know where the fault lay -- with the website or the U-Haul contractor. Perhaps the website needs improvement?
