Frustrated with gas procedure. Agent assured me it was accurate so I complied and added 36 litres which was nearly 3/8 too much fuel. Cost me about $15.00 more then needed. I guess it works well for U-Haul. When I shared concerns, got an "oh well, to bad for you." Nice.

The mileage cost was not clear on the website when we booked. We are very disappointed to have had an additional $120 in fees that were not made clear at the time of rental. We would not rent from Uhaul again because of this lack of clarity.

The truck was damaged a lot. The tires on the truck were totally gone and it is crazy idea to give this vehicles in this weather conditions. It is more expensive than the other companies who have way better and newer trucks.

Trucks need better pre-inspections done. First truck had low coolant light when provided. Second truck had a defective breaklight. Trucks were clean and staff were friendly

We got a flat on the road. Roadside assistance was horrible and completely unhelpful. Had to rent another vehicle from Discount Car Rentals who were awesome. We never got to use the U-haul. Filled it with over $80.00 worth of gas and you still charged us for everything. We will never ever ever use U-haul ever again ever.

Truck was dirty. It pulled to the right, and made loud knocking noise when turning the wheel tightly. Breaks leave a lot to be desired. When reaching 90 km per hour it sounded like it was being pushed to its limits, and that was when it was empty, when it was full it was barely manageable. Always used uhaul for moving, but next time it will not be my first choice. The worst truck I ever got from uhaul.

Track the movement of your trucks better. I was accused of not dropping off the truck on time and the rep threatened to add an additional day's charge to my credit card. After I asked her to check then security camera or call the police to report the truck stolen, after reviewing the security camera footage she was able to confirm that I had in fact dropped the truck off 12 hours before and head office had come in the middle of the night to move the truck to another location. Not a great experience.

I scheduled the booking online. Unfortunately was not able to input the pick up time. 7 am was input for me. As a result received phone calls expressing concern of no show. I suggest IT review this on the reservation page and possibly make an adjustment to allow this.

Hi, I am not overall happy with my experience. The truck mileage was increasing quickly and the distance of my house according to the maps and google maps was only 8 km but truck charge me 9 miles. When I told the representative while I was returning my truck, She told me that she cannot do anything. This is not the greatest customer service you can get. Please look into this because if I was charged wrong then loads of other customers charged wrong as well. thanks and appreciate.

I am trying to figure out the best way to express how this experience rolled out. I booked a truck for sat morning at 10 am. I was told I would receive an email. When one did not arrive I phoned on fri - they told me it had been booked for Friday - not Saturday . . With a little discussion they "found me another truck" and I was booked for Saturday morning at 10am. When I arrived to pick up the truck on Saturday morning I was informed the reservation had been cancelled because I had not responded to three ally's they reported were made to my home on Friday to confirm the reservation.- take note that although a confirmation email had been promised on both occasions I had not yet received one. Back to the location - after telling me that there was no truck and that it was my fault , they let me know there was nothing they could do for me. I left - and called haul to complain- after about 5 minutes they told me that they had a truck for me at 6 pm Saturday night. So.... Saturday night we went back to the location and picked up the truck. The truck was good. Worked well.on the website it stated that the reservation was guaranteed and if it wasn't kept they would pay $50.00. I asked about this. I was told that I would have to talk to someone else.- to add insult to injury ... Today Tuesday I received a email - 2 days after the rental confirming the Saturday 6 pm rental. If this sounds confusing it was! And it seems that a move is not stressful enough - UHaul believes the way to I improve the process is to add drama. Unreliable is the term that comes readily to mind. Whether it is the reservation process or the guarantee process - unreliable....
