I had the wiring harness installed on my 2013 Nissan Rogue AWD on August 28th and have rented 3 times from U haul. Each time a representative hooked me up and unhooked me without my assisting. I tried to rent a trailer 2 weeks ago and was told there was an issue with the wiring harness and lights on the 4 prong were on and they could not in good conscience let me have a trailer and that I need to see the install staff. I was told a week away was the first opportunity to have it looked at. When I showed up for my 08:30 appointment I was told I had to wait as I got bumped for some other issue. When he took me in he stated I needed a complete new harness and would be charged 1 hours labour + parts. I stated that was unacceptable as it was less than a month old and they did the install. I was asked if I had taken the wiring insurance? I stated I knew nothing of such an option and it was ridiculousness since it was a month old and they installed it. They told me there was nothing they could do except pay all over again. I stated I would pass and would be contacting U haul head office to lodge a complaint. I was then passed over to the assistant manager George. I once again told him of the ridiculousness of the situation and he told the installer to replace the harness and said he would only charge for half an hour labour. I thought he was being reasonable so I said fine. Harness was replaced and only charged half an hour labour. I returned a few days later to rent a trailer and was hooked up by George. The trailer left light was on consistently but George let me leave. I left the dealer and drove to Burlington on the QEW west. I was pulled over by the OPP officer for a non functioning left signal. I used my Peace officer badge to explain the situation and stated that I would take it back to the dealer and let them know. He showed me professional courtesy and I returned the trailer and spoke to George. telling him of the left light being on constantly and that the signal didn't function plus the connector had a light on (center), He called the manager )Lee) over and he stated that he would order a quick fix connector and install it for no charge. Let me state for the record that I have no issues with the staff at the U haul center, but I am not happy with the time and money wasted on getting the job done correctly and professionally. I was refused a trailer rental because the lights on the 4 prong were on, plus had to wait for a re-install of the wiring harness, paid for a re install and now am still waiting for the part to come in and be installed. I have paid for a trailer that I had to return and was unable to finish my moving. I have wasted time and money on 2 wiring installs and await a third. Am I to assume that your harnesses are faulty or that the installers are inept or a combination of both? Had I not used my badge to talk the officer out of issuing a ticket your company would have had to pay for that as well

The uhaul location on wolfedale on Mississauga should be shut down. They are rude and when he answers phone I have no idea that he is a uhaul dealer. I asked him if it was uhaul and he was rude told me he was busy and hung up phone. I was told by uhaul employees that this location is a bad location. I'm not very happy that I had to use a uhaul location farther away from my home. But it all worked out. The location that I used was excellent. Prompt and professional service. Well done

Although your staff were very professional, I was a bit stumped about returning the 10ft with the right amount of gas so I asked a stranger (a gentleman) at the service station and he said that his truck takes $20.00 so I did that, but apparently it wasn't enough. I think for ladies a better explanation of your diagram would be great I'm not sure how much worth of gas I missed but I apologize for the error. Also, I was a bit upset about the deposit now of $200.00 I've always left $100.00 when my sister and I rented in the past, again the situation was handled in a professional manner and my brother's move was great Thanks again to all

I booked for 14 feet truck two weeks ago , U haul customer service called me 10 days before picking the truck , inofming that I have to go to 2700 Royal Windsor Rr branch , I was thier at Oct 4 , 2014 alomst 10:30 AM ,there were no truck for me . and the manager asked me to take the 26 feet instead , I told him I cant drive that size , he didnt sho any kind of understanig , instead , he make me joke that how come I can not deive 26 feet truck!!!. I told him firmly you have to find a soultion , this is not the way to do a business!, I booked more than 2 weeks beofre the picking time , he shpouted on me take the 26 or leave , I told him : You have to bring me something I can drive , he asked me " while he shouting " leave the office , you know where the door is !!!!. I totally get shock , what kind of managers is this , how come he become in charge managing business!!!!. I told hiom fine , give me a letter of the incdent , and I ll leave , he told me I will not give you anuthing , and when I my friend pretended that he is videoing the conversation and this will go to youtube . he changed totally and he tried to find solutions then he gave me 17 feet wghich is acceptable. I will not go to this branch , I will not recommend it , its totally painfual experience. Just wondering how come this person become a manager!!

Establishing basic cognition and literacy levels for reservation agents at the front end of a rental would avoid potential screw ups for customers and Uhaul. My name is V-- V------, spelled to the agent a number of times, plus email of same characters...the subject (first) agent didn't confirm reservation by email as she had my name written as BALBA SEOPA,,,,whew, in all my years, never has someone missed the mark this badly!!! Second agent got the correct spelling in the first pass! Had I not rented from uhaul before I might not have checked for the reservation confirmation email...

We first booked at the good stream store at glen erin and derry rd in Mississauga. When we called to see if we could pick up and hr ahead, we were told no.call 15 mins before scheduled time. When we went there on time to pick up, we were told the van is not available. This has happened the 2nd time in a row with my family. This is horrible ! I have an Avis rental close to my place. Next time i will think twice before getting u haul.

Tried your express service by registering all details, in advance. Problem is it didn't mean express service in the location given the line up of people purchasing boxes, commencing rental applications etc. etc. why not prioritize express customers?

Your online reservation and express check-in implies that the item being rented will be ready at the time specified. I waited over 45 minutes in a long line even though I did both of these things. Do not advertise a specific time or express check-in if you cannot deliver.

After the truck was confirmed 24 hours ahead of time I lined up for 35 minutes Saturday morning was told they did not have the size truck they said i needed, was told to rake the smaller truck or go to queensway location they had the truck that i was told i needed. It was only 15 min away i told them i had no way of getting there they suggested i take a taxi at my cost. After speaking to a rep Endura (was told she was from head office) she told me the truck at the queensway lication was only available til 2 pm.. i had reserved for 24 hrs because we were moving to a different city. I asked her why I should remain au haul customer she laughed and said I have no idea the drop off location was been changed. There are numerous things to be done to improve service.. first and foremost make sure vehicles are available when confirmed.. especially when the booking was done six weeks in advance
