Service was fine, except I drove 8 miles each way and got charged for driving 78 miles. Though the ending odometer was correct I did not check the odometer at the start - my mistake. Always check the odometer.

Too much confusion among workers. Nobody seemed to care i was standing in line for 20minutes so the guy that was supposed to ring me up carried his own personal conversation with a auto part delivery guy. This pkace us dirty and disgusting. I will NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN. .Its such a rip off. UHAUL AND THE JOE MOORE EXXON SUCK!!!

I had a bad experience this year with uhaul...I received a 14 foot truck at first. After I loaded the things that I needed in the truck the back door would not go down it was stuck. I called Joe Moores and they told me to call roadside assistance. So I called roadside assistance and was instructed that I then had to fill out a request online. I did that. Then about a few minutes later a lady called me and confirmed all the information that I had just entered...this seemed like it was not necessary as it was all of the same info I had put into the computer. Then after I did this I received a text saying roadside assistance would be there in 75 minutes. I was under a time constraint and didn't have 75 minutes to wait so I drove it back to Joe Moores and got a different truck...the only one available was a 10 foot truck which I had used last year and it was a bit small but I made it work. The only saving grace of this experience were the two gentlemen that helped me get the different truck. Next year I will consider other rental places before trying uhaul again.

Worse customer service I have ever received from Uhaul. I rent over 100 trucks a year and this place is BY FAR the worse. I also just received my bill and they charged me for 2 extra days.

Charge me for miles that really wasnt out of my route...then charged me a late fee when I didnt know anything about the extra miles...they figured a different route then I normally take...wont ever do business again with uhaul...want a complete refund..very unhappy customer...

My $50 Certificate was not deducted even though I entered it online with my order and also wrote it on the contract for the gentleman at Joe Moore Exxon. The staff was great there though.

When I had problems with my hitch wiring they did not have the part a needed to fix it. I had to go to another Uhaul dealer and get the part and return the next day to have it installed. They were very prompt in installing the part (plus changing my oil) but it would have been better if they could stock more parts.

This location really needs an overhaul. The place where you get the keys is ok, but the place where you pick up the truck smells of smoke and the people who work there do not dress very professionally.

Your customer service could use a LOT of improvement!! I wasn't even going to write this review after all the hours I spent on hold, getting transferred to the wrong department and even disconnected!! Then I thought I should let you know how much improvement you need and warn others not to use you. I know I will never use any of your facilities again!! Just to get the contract number to write this review I was on the phone 2 hours! Since the wrong contract number was sent to my email I called to get the correct one. In trying to get the proper contract number I was put in hold for long periods then disconnected, or another person would come on the line and I would be explaining my issue again, even had a lady tell me she would email me the contact number, but she never! About the 5th time calling I talked to a very nice lady that actually knew how to do her job and within 3 min had my contract number! Thank you so much Isabelle McDowell! Out of the 5 dozen people I have talked to she is the only one who knew how to do her job! It's almost like Uhaul didn't want me to write a review and I don't blame them! Here is my story- After having belongings in uhaul for over a year and the prices going up 4 times with notice in the mail the prices "would" be going up after they already had! By the time I got the notice my credit card was charged with the increased rate. After dealing with this over a year and the rate going up 1/4 of the original price I decided to take my business somewhere else. I rented a trailer (not from uhaul) and planned my move. I went and asked for 24 hour access, like I did when I moved my belonging in. At this time I was informed I would not be able to use the bay door, only the man door. This didn't make sense since I used the bay door when I moved my belonging in after hours. I asked to speak to a manager... The manager was on holidays, and there was no manager covering for him. Annoyed I told them I was clearing my unit started moving all my things out! It was then halfway through the move when the 24 hr access stopped working! Here I am with half my belonging in the trailer and the other half in the locked building with my unit open! I called the 1800 number, I told you how the customer service is.. I was on the phone a hr being disconnected transferred to the wrong department before I talked to a lady that said the manager would call me within 15 min. I told her that the manager was on holidays, she informed me it would be the district manager and assured me he would call. I waited and I waited and I waiting... Never got a call back to this day, (3weeks later) not even an apology!! Thank goodness someone came along who had 24 hour access that worked and helped me moved the rest of my belonging out. The next day I contacted uhaul, told them my unit was empty so I would not be charged another month. Then told them I wanted to make a complaint. I was transferred to the wrong department, disconnected and so on on
