Windows should be cleaned on inside and out for each customer. Ours were not. Windshield wipers needed changed. We encountered rain on our trip from SC to PA and the wipers only smeared but did not clear the rain from the windows making visibility very poor. We noticed the truck we had said change oil and called the uhaul location just after picking up the truck. The location said the oil had been changed 1000 miles prior and no one reset the indicator. It should have been reset or we should've been informed it hadn't prior to getting the truck.

My trip was a nightmare. this location gave me a 20ft truck with the 2 drivers side rear tires low on air. I didn't notice them when the truck was empty, but when I loaded the truck the tires were low. when I left Myrtle Beach I looked for over three hours for a location that had the correct tire inflater that would reach the tire stem. the truck also had the oil change light on. this is the 3rd time I have rented U-Haul equipment in 6 Months and have had trouble 2 of those times. I am thinking of going with Penske from now on.

Was so VERY helpful and extremely nice. I was in a jam and a hurry and they were so very nice and helpful. I wish everyone ran their businesses this way, it was very refreshing to know there are still nice people out there who are willing to help and understand. They made my day! I was having a really bad day and after leaving there I actually felt better and was less stressed and on the road home. I sincerely want to thank them for EVERYTHING. We had to clean out the trailer when we picked it up. It was full of debris and dirt. It was easily swept out but we had also rented a truck from another location that was spotless and we expected this trailer to be as well. Just slowed down our progress as we had to clean it out first.
