I has 3PM reservation I didnt get my truck until 4:30pm. The office staff was a joke and cared more about there lunch order than helping me with my problem. I will NEVER RECOMMEND UHAUL AGAIN. I have used UHAUL for over 10 years and now I REFUSE to EVER deal with this company again. Thanks to the brilliant staff at Wedgewood Uhaul Nashville, what a joke......

Fix the computers! I waited in total over an hour to pick up and drop off my truck. By the time I returned in the afternoon, the staff was grumpy from a day full of frustration with the computers. This soured my experience.

We dropped it off after hours, so some questions I can not answer because I do not know. But I can say the send me a receipt for the truck and trailer I dropped off at their location...GREAT JOB

I am very unhappy with the service that I have received from Uhaul! I will never use them again....... I have had to make MANY phone calls to get a simple task completed and they have lack of follow through. Every time I have had to deal with them has been a huge hassle! Very disappointed!

I was told to pick up the vehicle I had ordered at another location and then a third location. Upon arriving at that location, the cargo van I ordered was not available. I was "upgraded" to a larger truck I did not need and surely ended up paying more gas, even though the upgrade didn't cost me more than the cargo van rate. On top of this, there was a backlog of customers trying to pick up their vehicle due to some kind of computer system problem. The slow computer problems persisted all day (when I picked up my vehicle in the morning and when I dropped it off that afternoon). A miserable experience with U-Haul on top of the stress of moving in the first place.

Morris was by himself and handling customers like a pro on a nasty rainy day. He greeted everyone and bounced back and forth to accommodate everybody. It was a pleasure to watch . Too bad not all employees had the same grace under pressure .

When I got there they said my reservation was for a 14 foot truck. i reserved a 10 foot. They only charged me for a 10 but gave me a 14... which of course...the gas mileage is not as great. It took a while when I returned the vehicle to get checked out.

We had a bad experience with the 6x12 trailer. We had a flat, broken spring. The Santa Rosa uhaul location replaced the trailer spring and right side tires. The trailer swerved significantly and we returned to the Santa Rosa location and he replaced both left tires that were also worn. The event scared my wife and we ended up dropping the trailer in Albuquerque, then picking up the trailer today driving 460 miles.

This comment is not specifically about this location but it rather is the U-Haul system. The receipt that I received when I picked up the truck conveniently had fuel marking on it and how to calculate how much fuel that I would need to put in when I return. I followed the instruction according to the fuel gauge on the receipt and ended up returning the truck with way more fuel than I had to, therefore, wasted $30 on unnecessary fuel... I highly recommend calibrating the fuel reading on the u-haul system to put on the receipt so that there's no unhappy customers in the future who had spend more money than required on fuel when returning the truck...
