It was hard to tell how much gas to put in when finished. I was charged $5per gallon for missing gas but I put in the gas that I thought I had used. Every penny counts for both of us.

I specifically called Leominster, MA location to book there and was NEVER told that there was a possibility that I would have to pick up elsewhere. I told the agent in the Leominster location that I was renting there because my storage units were .25 miles down the road. When we dropped off the car trailer at the Leominster location, they had quite a large number of trucks in the lot. I do not know why I had to go to Natick. I will never rent from UHaul again as they can not guarantee a location pick up and going 2 hours out of my way on moving day is more than a hassle. Also, Natick location is on a main road with no easy turn around point after you pick up the truck. The store is not well marked either, the only thing that told me where it was is because we saw a UHaul truck in the lot. Needs better signage.

I do not have an issue with the location or the individuals that I worked with. I do have an issue with the fact that my location was changed with no options provided. this added at least 20 dollars onto the total cost, more likely 30 dollars. it also added time prior to even starting to load the truck.

I had to wait upon arrival because the truck I was renting wasn't back yet from the previous customer. Not the store's fault, but somewhat annoying.

Customer service needs improvement. The guy at the front desk was trying to do too many things at once, so service felt rushed and wasn't thorough. He couldn't take the time to tell me where the vehicle was and I had to get my own dolly. He was also talking on the phone with another customer and at the same time another employer was yelling random things to the front desk guy.

This was a one-way rental, and I was promised a credit for one month free storage. However, the dropoff Uhaul location doesn't have storage, so I assumed this credit would be good at another Uhaul storage place, in Marlborough, Mass. The manager there is giving me a hard time about the rental credit! Not happy.

I would like to personally comment on the exceptional customer service provided by both Megan (unsure of last name) and Adam Barrows of the UHaul Natick, 834 Worcester St. Location. I had called about 2 weeks ago inquiring about a 26' box truck which is hard to find in the area, and not only did Megan process the reservation quickly, but she helped me to find the best deal for my money which I greatly appreciated since my move involved high miles and multiple stops. I appreciated her sincere desire to help manage the expense of moving, which is something that not all moving companies would do for you- Thank you Megan! I also want to thank Adam Barrows for his exceptional customer service regarding the rental pick up and ease of after hours drop off. He called the day prior and informed me of a change in plans regarding the drop off location. He explained that I needed to return the truck to Natick versus the planned drop off in Salem, MA, however he compensated me for the extra mileage so it was no additional expense. This gesture made the drop off change a lot easier since there was extra driving involved. He was also practical about the pick up time which I appreciated. The truck was due at noon and he set our appointment to 1 pm to allow for a buffer so that I wouldn't have to wait around. This may sound like something everyone would do, but it has not been my experience in the past. When I arrived the truck was there, clean, and ready to go. Thank you Adam! Overall, I could not have asked for a better UHaul experience with UHaul of Natick. Unfortunately I have not had much luck in the past with UHaul transactions running smoothly, so I wanted to acknowledge and thank these two excellent employees.

I made the reservation online at 12:30 and when I called to confirm, the lady told me that I was late as my appointment was for 12:00. When I said what time I made the reservation she told me that I reserved it at 9:30 in the morning. This is odd as I was asleep then!!!!

Made my reservation over a week in advance. When I got to location was told that there must have been a glitch in the system because it was showing that I had the truck from 7pm to 11pm that same day. When I made the reservation I had made it so I could return the truck the following day. I was told that I had to have it back before opening the next day because other reservations were made and people would be needing the truck (because me needing the truck did not matter apparently). After getting very upset about the matter I said fine I would have to make due and would take the truck and have it back before opening the next day. I was then told and I quote " how can I trust you to have it back in the morning when you made the reservation you said you needed it for 24 hours". Luckily my wife was able to calm me down. After an hour I was told ok we will give you the truck. So me and my wife along with our 2 children age 2 and 5 left the location at around 8pm with the truck and spent the night loading moving and unloading the truck and did not Finnish until 5am the next morning and had the truck back to the location before opening. As for the truck it was the biggest price of junk on the road. It could barley manage to make it uphill ( and the hills were tiny). And at every stop in traffic it spewed smoke from the exhaust. I had a miserable experience with your company and will never use it again. The people at the store were rude and even after they took blame for the error in scheduling were unhelpful and unwilling to find any solution to the problem. I would ask for a full refund but after dealing with your people once I would rather pull my own teeth than dealing with them again.

The particular 10' truck I rented was great, until I went to fill the gas tank back to the level at which I rented it. My entire rental was a total of 29 miles and I had to put in 6 gallons to get the needle up. Either the gas gauge is defective or this truck only gets 5 mpg -- and I was driving very gently to save gas. ALSO, I WOULD STRONGLY PREFER TO RENT A VEHICLE WITH THE FUEL TANK FULL AND RETURN IT FUL INSTEAD OF HAVING TO ESTIMATE HOW MUCH TO PUT IN.

Not this locations fault but the 67 E Central Location was horrible. Then the delayed experience at this 843 Worcester St. location did not help.
