I rented vehicles on successive Saturday mornings (@ 7AM) from the Natick location and had the same staff member both days. He was extremely helpful and made the moving process much less painful. He should be acknowledged for his work.

Reserved a van at a different location online. If the van wasn't available at the location I chose then I shouldn't have been able to book it online. Instead I was sent to Natick. The Natick location opened 20 minutes late the reason "manager called out". I am sorry as a manager he should have made sure someone was there to open the store at the appointed time. There were many people waiting by the time someone showed up. All I can say is the van was clean and worked properly. I hope never to have to rent from this location again. If it is my only choice then I will go else where.

The staff member showed up to open a 1/2 hr late after opening time and there were 10 people in line waiting outside in the cold. Also there was only one clerk which made the wait time for most very irritating. All this on the first of the month, when most people move. You should open earlier more like 7:00 even on Sunday. We were second in line, so it wasn't bad, but most of those other people who were waiting probably didn't get on the road til at least 10:30 or later. Clerk handled things well, did the best he could. This is more of a management/staffing issue. That said, my experience was satisfactory and would use again.

Atlease have the equipment ready for customers for the time that it was set for not two hours after the pick- up time it sucks when you loose some of your money like this 1 hour and a half standing around waiting for your equipment.

I rented just for 2 hours and paid the money for one full day (24 hours). It would be great if customers can pay less than the daily-charge when they rent for just a few hours. I suggest an hourly-charge or charge for a block of few hours instead of forcing customers to pay for the entire day when they need just for 2-3 hours.

More accurate gas level accounting. I drove a total of 11 miles, put two gallons of gas in the tank, and UHaul still charged me for fuel.

Very disappointed , i had personally walked in one of your Natick location store and made a reservation for two 26' foot trucks for 02/12/15 , Since 02/12 was the last day i could stay on our house on 02/11/15 i decided to call and make sure that everything was fine with the trucks i had reserved and that the trucks would be there for the next morning so i could do my moving, very disappointed I was told that there was only one 26' truck reserved for me for that day and that the other truck reservation had been cancelled. No one was able to explain to me why the other truck was cancelled on me, U-Haul customer service representative told that the cancellation on one of the trucks was made by the Natick store site, When i called the Natick store site was told that the cancellation hadn't been made by that store and I would have to call U-haul customer service. No one had an answer for me very frustrating . So I asked to see if could get another 26' truck and I was told that i Had to go to one of your locations in the Boston area witch was about 35 miles from my location. Since that wouldn't work for me , having to drive so far to pick the 26' truck I then asked witch was the next step down size truck that would be able to get at nearest location and I was told that I could get a 20' foot truck at the Natick place , that way i would have to make one trip to pick up and drop off the trucks , Witch i accepted . Next morning 02/12 I walk in the Natick store to pick up the 26' and the 20' truck the attendant tells me that none of the trucks were there for me and that he had two 17' foot truck that i could use . i would never think that i company well established like U-haul would do this to one of your clients , i really don't know what happened that day since i have rented many times before from u-haul and never had such a bad experience in my life specially that i had no other choice then end up taking the 17's truck due to having to leave our house that day .It was a big moving it took me 3 trips with the trucks a lot more time consuming not only that it costed me a lot more money since i was paying 3 more persons to help by the hour . i'm sorry i had to right all this to you but this was one bad experience that i will never forget. i really believe that we all learn from our mistakes and hope that this would help that something like this doesn't happen to any one else specially when it comes to moving from one house to another witch already isn't an easy thing to do . - Location is understaffed, man working there was nice but demand on his time was impossible for one person -very long wait -Pickup truck bed was full of snow, attendant offeerred to get another truck but by that time I had waited 35 minutes and was already late, it was faster to shovel myself -Interior of truck was dirty - Contract said it had 5/8 of tank and it only had 3/8, again, I was short on time and didn't bother going inside to have it corrected -Not enough employees at this site to properly run the operation, I would recommend people go to another lcoation

The on-line reservation and on-line early check-in don't seem to mean much - I still had to stand in line for half an hour (from 9:00 to 9:30) waiting to pick up my rental truck. Drop-off was quick and efficient.

The truck I resereved did not start . However the very nice man did work out a different plan and my move went on as I had planned. He was very good on the fly and found a way to make it work . I would gladly go back and use that location again. The ability to make it work when things go poorly is rare and he was fantastic.

I like to say that personnel was helpful because they did everything to make me happy. My original truck was 26foot however was broken that morning. What I have to say is that the customer service personnel was Excellent. They make my moving much easy. Thank you Beatrice
