The staff was very courteous when I picked up my truck. But when I was returning the truck the employee ignored the fact that I was waiting with the vehicle as stated on the sign. I saw him on his phone inside, finally I got out went inside and had to wait again because they were playing music and joking in the back room. Guess I can't expect much but if you have a policy in place to have customers remain with their vehicle then do not ignore them and waste their time.

First, your reservation system screwed up in at least 3 ways - which I had to spot (it was not obvious from your communication) then fix or work around. Then, you supplied me with a trailer with dangerously low tire pressures. Not one out of 4 tires had the correct pressure, and the 2 front tires had pressures of 6 and 8 psi.

Everything went smoothly. I reserved the U-Haul on-line for the first time and it worked well. When I arrived to pick up the truck, everything went quickly. Adrianna was wonderful and friendly. Great customer service. Will use this location again.

I have rented this same item from Texas to Mass. It cost a fraction of the cost to get there than it did to get back. It was more than 3 times as expensive, is there a good reason for this, because I found it to be completely unreasonable.

Lazy employees not checking a vehicle in when I arrived 30 min before closing resulting in my being charged an extra day! Employees that tell me their policies and apparently do not know their policies!! I was told the manager William would contact me to discuss. Instead a get an email explaining that I'm paying and that's it! I've responded 3 times and he still haven't called. The best part is I rented the same size vehicle last year at the same location and I wasn't charged for what they charged me for this time!

There was nothing with the location, however your 6x12 trailers need to get a lift attached to the frame. After loading the trailer I realized that there was no way to get the trailer on my truck without purchasing a floor jack. When discussing with UHaul personnel, I was told not to take the trailer off the truck (unrealistic when traveling across the United States). This is totally unacceptable as there is no physical way to get the trailer on the truck without a jack. This needs to be added on to the frame, the smaller trailer with the same frame have a jack. This is a considerable heavy trailer to lift without anything in the trailer (survey your employees about this trailer and I think you will find that the majority will agree a jack need to be added - for medical related issues as well).

The gentleman who checks the vehicle should be taught interpersonal skills. The gentlelady who initially helped us lacked even the smallest amount of customer service. Whoever the hiring manager is should be required to take basic human resource classes. I understand that the location is near low income housing, but that does not give reason for Uhaul to provide low quality services.

You should not advertise $19.95 a day for a rental then when you get there you find out it's almost $300 through no fault of the employees working there, seems a little steep to me

Let customer do any transaction with store regardless of how late or early for example if you close at 7pm don't tell the customer at 6:50pm that you can't receive any returns because you are almost closing.

Be more clear about the rates for rental and the fuel policy- the employee who originally helped with the rental explained the charges completely differently from what was explained on the paperwork and what was ultimately charged to us.

The cab could have been cleaner. Lipstick and ashes in the ashtray. Some cracker crumbs under the seats, which also had some stains that could have easily been washed off. I know it's just a moving truck, not a rental car. But it looked like five minutes of work to get the cab up to par. Other then that, the truck ran great on a 140 mile round trip which is the most important thing.
