When I parked the truck in the designated return area, the signs said I should stay in the car and that someone would come and meet me. Well, I stayed in there for about 5-10 minutes before I just decided to go in the office. I returned the key and paperwork and the gentleman said I was all set. I was a bit nervous I would be charged something extra after check-in as I did not inspect with them during check-in but it looks like I did not. I am not sure if this is normal procedure but if not, then I am not sure I would recommend in case a surprise issue did occur with the truck and we're charged for it.

All though this location was god and the overall experience was good, the cost is absolutely ridiculous. I used a 10ft truck for 4 hours and it cost me $122 plus I had to put $20 of gas in it. This is far to expensive, next time I will shop around for other more affordable rentals.

I don't the people who give out the rates are correct I was told a different price then when my sister returned the truck she has to pay more money when they got there I am so mad that price is crazy

It was late, and the rep and I were both tired. He forgot to give me the strap on dolly. I had to return the next day to get it. No one could bring it to me, and no compensation for my extra time was offered. I was still charged for the dolly. This was really disappointing.

Worst service I've ever had. Please call back for full story. Fix the door to access storage. Train staff better. And don't charge extra to have access you expect.

The truck was covered in ice brake lights and directional didn't work and the drop off location didn't exist. Not even not that I had to dig the dolly out of the snow and load it into the truck. I've paid more using Penske truck I get a military discount through them and everything is maintained a hundred precent

I am really not happy at this point. I called you all and told you that I had issues with trailer. It should not of been rented out untill fixed. cause me to have to stop many times and make sure the ramp didnt fall onto the road or fly through someones windshield I call and explained I was not happy. Picked up trailer. attendant tried to give me one full of snow. tried to drop it off next day. had to wait 2 hrs for place to open. Very unprofessional.

On my paper mileage said one thing and the mileage was was way lower considering I'm paying mileage that was not good. The gas was suppose to be three quarters of a tank it was one fourth, again I have to pay gas. To straighten it out took a half hour of the time I'm paying to rent the U haul. Not to mention the parking lot was one sheet of ice, there was no sand or rock salt placed where you had to go to get the truck. I will say the gentlemen that waited on me was pleasent.

I picked up the trailer at 3:20 pm on Saturday afternoon and returned it about 2:30 pm on Sunday afternoon because I was told at the desk if I had less than 24 hours I would only be charged one day. I am disappointed than a better explanation was not given to me. The two day charge came as a surprise and I did not have time to argue the case. Except for this everything was fine.

Have men working on Sunday's to hook up a trailer to your truck have staff check equipment truck was not swept and there was dolly left in it. Also straps on car trailer kept sliding off and there was no antenna for the radios omit was a long silent trip

i got emails saying i rented a trailor paid cash...i was not the person who rented it..i wasnt even in new bedford that day..it was paid and brought back..its not my point..system says its me..WRONG..all i got was this wont happen again..no problems with budget

They are rather rude at this location and I had to argue with them when they tried to charge for damage and other stuff that I didn't use. We will NEVER use this location again. Brian Vargas swears at customers and is all around rude. He gives New Bedford a bad name.
