Have all reps that are available help customers. I went to pick up truck at 11:35 am and didn't get served until 11:55. There were 4 reps and only one was helping customers. I recently rented a truck in Bryan tx to move to New Orleans and the service there was excellent compacted to this one.

The truck that we drove fuel gauge was off. Every time we would press the gas it would jump from 1/2 a tank to and 1/8 to less than that. We had to put 50 dollars worth of gas just to move the gauge from an 1/8 to a half of a tank. This has never happened to me and I was very dissatisfied with my experience. There should be fuel efficient trucks and not the old trucks especially the larger trucks.

1. The counter agent was so apathetic and slow-moving it was painful to watch. 2. The gas gauge was way lower than what was printed on the sheet. This was acknowledged by the counter agent, but she didn't initial the change. After buying more gas than required to return the tank to its initial setting, the check-in agent grudgingly credited that to our bill and did not charge for gas. However, on the final paperwork, the gas gauge was not changed to the new reading which confirms my suspicion that this is a racket where gas is charged unnecessarily. This was confirmed by another customer with a similar problem right before me.

I wouldn't recommend any uhaul location I feel scammed. My truck was reserved in slidell La I live in N.O. rode all the way to slidell pull up and recieve message that my truck is available at chef hwy in N.O. So I drive back to New Orleans ask about the 50 guarantee didn't get it they gave me 30 extra miles but from that location to slidell was 38 miles not to mention the gas I burned in my own vehicle plus the gas I burned in uhaul vehicle going back to Slidell then they had the nerve to charge me 40 dollars extra when I was out a hundred dollars in gas and they didn't give me the 50 dollars they guaranteed.

I'm so sorry I do not know his name but there was a gentleman that helped me who was very helpful. There were several errors in my experience though. When renting a 10' van to move my Ubox, on the contract there was incorrect information - wrong mileage (difference of 20,000), wrong fuel tank amount (by about 1/4), several discolorations were not labeled with an X. Also there were so many extra fees for renting a trailer and 10' van - in total it was $67 and it was just crazy that it was advertised as $19.99 a day. I checked my Ubox before I left the facility because I didn't trust that it was my Ubox. But it was, thankfully. And the Ubox itself was in good condition and there was no broken property. I might use Ubox again but will not rent a truck from Uhaul again.

While you have customers in the place of business the staff should not be making noise so loud so it's hard to hear. When returning the truck the staff shouldn't tell the customer to stay in the truck and not have the pants below their but. That office was the worst I've ever been in.

I was not given any instruction on how to secure my vehicle on the trailer. I drove 500 miles not knowing that my vehicle was not properly secured. Giving a pointers to the customer should be a given.

Better communication between drop off and pick-up locations for customers. Pre check exterior and interior of rental trucks prior to customers pick-up and drop off it will decrease wait time for customers.

Informed employee that truck stop on us 3 times and started back up. Your equipment was in very bad shape. A move that should take 3 hours took 8 hours due to the conditions of your equipment. I was told nothing could be done because I didn't call Roadside assistance. Unacceptable!

Common courtesy. Have enough train staff on duty to take care of customers in store. Management was out of order and simply ghetto. rent a truck. It was a mess and very poor service. to improve services you need better management staff need to be trained and polite.

The manager and his staff were very friendly, courteous, helpful and accommodating. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. The staff member carefully explained every detail to me.

There were two men working the trucks and counter on this day. The older one was very courteous and polite. But as for the younger one, please, please do not have baggy pants that hang half way off your butt!!! Not only is this disrespectful to the company you represent, but me or my wife could care less about what you are advertisng!!! Because of this one employee, I would not recommend this site to customer!!!!

On pick up and return the location seemed to be extremely short-handed. In spite of this, the counter clerk was courteous and efficient and kept everyone updated on the status of their request. I was very impressed with her level of customer service.

I was first in line and last served, the teller served all of the African Americans in the store after a 15 minute wait at the cash register. The store should operate on first come first served not offer privileged service based on race.
