Open all available check in stations. The customer representative moved around in slow motions if to say "I'll pick up my speed when I'm good and ready. Eating at the counter. Holdings personal conversation while customers are backup. No consideration for the customer. The worst I've ever experienced. And I've been renting uhaul trucks and trailer since the early 1970's. I'm not going back to that location. I hope the hiring practices or monitoring employees system change at this location otherwise don't be surprised if the sales decline. From a 40 years veteran entrepreneur.

The trailer I requested had only one minor issue but was fix quickly (connections were bad in wire and were switched out), but the service was extremely slow. There were not enough people available to help and communication was bad between the person running the desk/register and the people setting up trailers/testing equipment.

Unprofessional service. Took 15 min to drop off truck because employee was entertaining friend at desk. Same thing when picking up.

They were busy with basically only one clerk to wait on customers. She tried to maintain a professional attitude. By the time we got to her she was no longer professional. She blamed our truck as to why the tail light didn't work but in truth it was a break in the wire on the trailer (that they had to fix). Then she forgot to give us the appliance dolly we rented. When we returned the trailer, we waited there for almost an hour, because again, she was working alone. When we got back we realized that we had forgot to bring back the appliance dolly. The following day I, Laurie Lyons returned it to the Uhaul store and there was a different lady with even a worse attitude. I ask her if they were missing a dolly and that I had returned it but asked the lady to check the account to make sure that it wasn't charged on my card. She responded with, "They didn't even realize it was missing." I explained to her that I wasn't a liar or a thief so I returned it and asked her if someone could come and get it out. She came out to get it and I thanked her for that as she said, "you're welcome" in her pissy tone of voice. She should have been THANKING ME for my honesty and sincerity. I agree that society has become greedy but that is what's wrong with businesses today. When they do get a patron that is honest, they get treated with rudeness and disrespect like a common crook.

GIve customers a better understanding of the difference between a "reservation" and "scheduling". When I made my first "reservation" for a 17' truck on Sunday, June 29th, I was under the impression that everything was finalized and I had a set price of around $210. After speaking with someone to confirm, someone called AGAIN a day or two later to verify, but I apparently missed the phone call. This phone call must was very important because when I got there to get my truck, I was forced to get AND pay for a 20' truck that I didn't need, plus I had to go over my moving budget by about $150. They had already given my 17' truck away. I wanted to make it a big issue, but I didn't think it would end up helping anyways, plus the employees were very nice about the mix up and it was the end of the month, so I can understand the confusion. Just wish I didn't have to pay that much extra. I would appreciate some sort of rebate or refund if possible. For future references, please give customers a better understanding so that issues like this will not continue.

We were not able to pick up our truck at the location we reserved it from and had to go out of our way to pick it up. There was a long line and the lady was having a hard time dealing with the number of customers. She did give me 30 extra miles since the location was way out of way.

Returned vehicle on a Sunday morning - more staff to assist customers would have been helpful. Also, issues among the staff should remain among the staff and not be inflicted upon the customers. As a customer, I do not wish to hear an employee complain about having been called in to work - not very professional; not an appropriate discussion to have at the service counter while customers are being serviced. Professionalism is important and should be displayed at all times.
