This was my first time at u-haul. The staff was excellent they made me feel very comfortable by answering all my questions and were very friendly when I needed the truck for longer than expected. Great job and I will be coming back!!

I would not recommend or use this location again. I have been to this store 4 times for supplies etc. (finally using a truck) and there is always a problem. Either it's the computer or printer jammed or a Line of people. But the real problem is the man behind the counter. He has limitations and should be given a job behind the scenes. I will not go there again.

Our tow dolly wasn't at the location in Hampton that we had the reservation at so my husband had to drive all the way to Newport News. Then when he was on his way I got a call from Newport News confirming a reservation for the 15th when the reservation was for the 14th because we were leaving too early in the morning to pick anything up. I even got an email to confirm the 14th. She tried to keep telling me that it was for the 15th. It was eventually resolved & my husband brought home a completely falling apart dolly. It had a HUGE crack on one side & the front part of the same side had a pretty big crack in it too. I took pictures of it just in case. Then after we dropped it off in Cibolo the next day I got a call asking what kind of condition it was in when we picked it up. It's a good thing I took those pictures or I would have been charged for it because they didn't catalog the damage on our paperwork before he left! If this was our first experience with Uhaul, I never would have used the company again.

Love the online check in, uhaul has never been so easy. The 2 guys there were super nice and quick. Pick up took all of 10 minutes and drop off was less than 3. Amazing. I remember a time when renting felt like pulling teeth for over an hour. Thx

Focus on customer service and better train all employees. There were many mistakes made which in turn may result in us not being paid for a military move. I have had to call way too many people and the situation is still not resolved in my opinion. I will contine to contact corporate until this is resolved properly.

Terrible experience. We moved in January & used your location, it was ohk. We needed a truck to pick up some furniture & decided to give this location another try. The same man we had in January was the only person working. We shouldn't have went back to U-Haul. This employee was a mess. Rude. Short with customers. Huffing & puffing walking around like we were all bothering him. He said to one customer that he didn't know what the man was asking for because he had only been working here for 3 months & the girl who was supposed to be there with him today called out. I know this is a lie because he waited on us in January. His employment is not our problem. U-Haul should care more about it's customers than this. He said at least 4 times while we were in there that he was the only person working today & he was so tired. That is not the customers problem. I expect more from a company as big as U-Haul. Your employees reflect your company. Please understand that bad customer service goes a long way. We paid $106 for terrible service. I am so disappointed in the service we received.

I cant remember the girl who checked us back, but exteamly rude waited at the counter while she argued with someone on her cell phone actually had to let her no we were actually waiting . So while my wife was awaiting her attention i un hooked the trailer she finally comes out wants the trailer hooked back up,so she did ! And why ? To check the tail lamps and the tire psi REALLY ? Do that on your own time lady ! Those things need to b checked on the next truck ! She was tryin to piss me off !,matt ,i believe his name was ,was much more professional ! We delt w/him after he was done helping another person . Now i know what your thinking im one of those people you cant please no matter what , wrong Asumption that meth mouth bitch was a cunt ! One last thing that was the second trailer rented this week from uhaul ,never rented one prior ,the trailers and prices were awsome will not hesitate to use your services or recomend uhaul to friends Satisfied mover ,michigan to virgina Thank you !

Staff wasn't very professional. One of the girls was talking very loud about her hot flashes and the rest of the staff focused more on joking around with her then the transaction taking place. They were nice but I could see where other customers could be very upset by that.

I return the Truck and Trailer ahead of schedule, under mileage, and in perfect condition with a paid receipt from the Pick-up Location for both the Truck, the Trailer, and the Trailer "Safe Insurance" and the Drop-off Location's monitor shows I did not pay for the Trailer. Now, why the disparity? Does U-Haul not maintain a single database on a server somewhere with back-up servers in different locations where the data is updated real-time on the main server and replicated on a regular basis to the back-up servers? So, why does the client computer in Newport News, VA (drop-off) differ from the client computer in Woodbridge, VA (pick-up). And, why would the drop-off location not accept a paid receipt issued by the pick-up location?

My truck was not ready at the reserved time. It was over an hour late being returned. Luckily, I had time to move my furniture and the staff promptly issued me a credit. However, if I had hired movers like I initially planned, this would have been a problem.
