Original reservation was on Warwick about 25 min away but the trailer lights were not working. Delayed my move by about an hour.

Desk person was surly and short with me. Online reservation was not as expected, expected a enclosed trailer- got a utility trailer instead Trailer was in very poor condition in that the bottom was rusty, dirty and filled with debris

To many hidden fees. I will not rent from U Haul again.

Have more than one employee qualified to do check-ins on the computer during peak check-in times, such as first thing on weekend mornings. Taking the mileage charges out of the fine print would make it easier to budget a move. $19.95 is hardly the highest component of a complete rental and only the beginning of the cost. My reservation indicated a charge of $45, but the total cost, for a low mileage in-town move, was three times that amount.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, and they helped me set up the tow dolly and inspected it to double check that it was road-ready.

So far so good. Good service. Good truck. Could have been more easier to drive. Preferable for first time drivers.

I picked up a 17ft truck, did no walk around inspection with U-haul personnel prior to leaving. After driving approximately 10 miles the truck broke down . I had to call roadside assistance and sat in the rain for 3 hours. The U haul location I rented the truck from said they could do nothing for me. Basically had a "sorry for your luck" attitude.

Went above and beyond by checking and filling our tires as we were about to start a long trip. They called to see if we needed another day as we were not there at 11am. We did!

I absolutely am DISGUSTED with the call center always told false information had the same thing happen to me New Years very inconveniencing will not use u haul again tired of the mass confusion. Extremely happy with service from the location I chose

This complaint is not on the locations because both of the locations were very good. I had a terrible experience with the customer service supervisor name Tiffany I think, she was very disrespectful and very rude, I could not get a word in because she was yelling and when I asked to speak with her supervisor she just said they are going to ring you back to me and hung the phone up in my face so for this reason I will never rent from U-Haul again nor will I recommend them to any of my fellow military family. This person should be sent to customer care school before she ever speaks to anyone again.

Understaffed and chaotic checkout to say the least.

Everything went as planned. The only suggestion would be to see if there could be a rate between local and one-way rentals for those that are moving about 45minutes to 1 hour away. Thanks.

See above. Not happy with drop off location being changed and not being given told about it

Improve on customer service A LOT! And make sure the trucks are clean and not smelly! The truck that I rented smelled like cat litter and some of my furniture ended up smelling like that, I did not think it was fare on my part.

Over charge for milage. Please stick around when they check you in. The where very friendly and said dont worry anything. Then I was charge for extra milage when I was actually under my given milage.

The trailer I had requested was not there; I had not time to search other locations, and was forced to use an open trailer to haul antique furniture. Fortunately, there was no rain.

There was some minor debris in the trailer that I had to remove before loading. Mostly my issues are with the uhaul website and corporate policies. The website only allows pickup time selections on the hour. This stacks people in line all at the same time and limits flexibility. The policy of a Uhaul employee doing the hookup is a joke. This is now the third time that when a Uhaul employee does my hookup I have to stop to fix the chains to stop them from dragging. I've been towing with this vehicle for many years and know it well, give me the option to do my own hookup. As far as trailer design, you really need shorter safety chains. They are overlong on a truck or SUV and very nearly a hazard when towed by a car.
