It took 3 try's to get me a usable trailer dolly. The first had lights disconnected, the second had a tire strap cut almost in half that I caught and brought to their attention. The third was usable. The staff was friendly but equipment was poorly maintained and possibly dangerous to use.

It took us at least an hour to rent the truck, which cut into our moving time. The truck was in deplorable condition and had no brakes, among other problems. Also UHaul made a "clerical error" and charged me twice and then they refunded me the wrong amount and I'm still trying to get in contact with someone to address the issue but cannot seem to get a reply back.

Poor way to end a tough moving day (that started so well with the pick up). the staff was inattentive and when I asked for help they were rude and uncaring and tediously slow. The guy that finally helped me was extremely rude and I asked him if I needed to call your 800 number for help. That fixed his attitude issue but he was incompetent.

Very organized and Professional. I had registered on line and my truck was ready and out in 5 minutes. When I returned Jamarcus was extremely nice and attentive to checking the truck back in and in getting my paperwork ready and he is a great example of personal customer service and someone who goes out of his way for the customer.

I am very pleased with the rental pick up location. The staff were very friendly and professional. However, I am very dissatisfied with my experience with U-hual the day I picked up the truck. My original reservation was made 5 days prior to the needed date and it was changed 3 times. The last time it was changed I wasn't even notified and that to me is unacceptable. I definitely think that there should be more organization within the company because it was apparent that there wasn't much. Everything eventually worked out and I was able to successfully move but overall I would give U-haul a poor score because I was inconvenienced greatly and spent way more money that what I should've had to spend.

Not scheduled to pick up here. The one where we were supposed to pick up didn't have a truck for us when we got there. It would have been nice if we had gotten prior notification of this. We had to drive 10 miles to another location to pick up a truck.

Professionalism!!! I went to this U-Haul location at a different time than usual I'm used to picking up in the morning for the staff is always quiet professional however when I went to pick up my U-Haul it was offensively loud and rambunctious in my transaction cannot take place without the person in front of me engaging with other individuals without providing their soul attention on the guess they are running the truck had I not have a strong me for a truck I would've left

For the love of your customers... DO NOT HAVE YOUR PHONE CALLS AUTOROUTED TO A CALL CENTER. Answer your damn phones!!! On the phone with Uhaul for well over an hour yesterday and spoke to 10 different people. I'm NOT exaggerating!!! Once a truck has been dispatched only the original store where reservation was picked up can change the reservation. Well riddle me this... How the hell can that happen if the store of orgin CAN'T ANSWER THEIR PHONES? Even after several internal Uhaul people instant messaged the store, they were still unable to respond.

I'm upset my money did not go right back on my card. I have to wait 3 to 5 business days. You should not take money off a card that can not be put right back on the card. What if that's all the money someone has to there name.

To initiate my rental agreement I waited 50 minutes for the only agent working behind the counter to enter my information and assign me to a trailer. Only to then find out when I went outside to the trailer the agent had assigned me to a different trailer than I had ordered online. Again, I had to wait another 30 minutes to meet with the ONLY agent working to assign me to the type of trailer I had rented and there went another 15 minutes wasted. All of this to rent a $31.00 trailer. Never again will I rent from Uhaul.

They need to make a clearly defined start to their line since there are 2 doors. It wasn't clear at all who was in line next and whether we were lining up for each individual register or lining up in one line for the next available register.
