I would of like to sell U-haul 4 garment boxes that were only used once. I was told only unused boxes are repurchased. This is a green opprotunity for U-haul, Why waste product. You should be able to purchase used boxes and U-haul should repurchase there own branded boxes back at a decent price and put the used branded boxes back into service or provide them to the needy or non-profit groups. Not like you don't have storage for them. Just saying...

My truck was switched at the time of pick up because it was charging. The new truck they gave me did not have the dolly that was supposed to be with my order but the fee was removed when I dropped the truck off.

Next time you claim that the fuel level is at 3/4, make sure that it is actually at 3/4. When I got into the vehicle, the tank was at 5/8 before I even drove off of the lot. When I filled it back to the level it was when I received it, suddenly it wasn't good enough for the fuel level to be at 5/8. I was also charges an extra $8 because I went over the allotted miles. I had to pick up the truck in a different city because none were available nearby. The price should have already reflected this when I selected the pick-up and drop off locations.

You gave me a FAULTY TIRE that BLEW OUT 40 miles into my trip, forcing my wife and daughter to go pay $90 for a motel room! While i waited 2.5 hours to get a new tire in the middle of the night!
Coulda been killed....You guys suck.

The people were very nice , the equipment was clean , and I was in and out quickly. The only complaint I have was that the gas level was incorectly marked off as being 3/8ths of a tank whereas it was in reality at the 1/4 of a tank level. So the moral of the story is be careful to check these things before you leave the lot. I figure that oversight cost me about 12 bucks.

when I called to ask questions about my credit back to my account. I was on hold for over 30min, the rep could not answer my questions. she had to transfer me to the credit department. I was put on hold for another 10min, then when the new rep came on she hung up on me. the connection was made because I could hear her talking before the phone was disconnected. I think that we should be able to talk to the people at the location that we rented from. Also hire more customer service reps so the hold time is not so long. I think that you should educate all your customer ser reps on all areas so that they do not have to transfer to another person. I still do not know the answer to my question. I will have to make a trip back to the local store to see if I can get some answers. I am giving UHaul a F on this customer service.

Truck return overall was good. Gentleman had a little system trouble returning pads rented from a location different than truck rental but he was able to fix in a reasonable amount of time. As usual, for this rental. Kandis McNulty came through for me again. She set up both pad rental and truck rental going above and beyond by dropping the pads off at my place of work due to rental location in DE not having pads in stock. Kudos to her for really understanding the importance of customer service and building relationships so customers will return. This is my 2nd time renting with her and I plan on doing all future moves with U-Haul because of her. Keep us the good work.

The store representative was very kind, helpful, and efficient. I rented 10ft truck for 12 hours but allowed for extra 12 hours for no additional cost. I was able to complete what I wanted to accomplish without too much pressure. The rental went very smoothly.Thank you!!!
