Give a full tank of gas instead of an 1/8 and try to pass it off as a 1/4 tank. That is either very deceptive or Unknowledgable as to how to read a fuel gauge. Truck had no sun visors and console was broken off and laying on floor. Customer shouldn't be the one to have tell agent about damages before rental. Truck ran good though. Customer service was lousy. Need more knowledgable staff.

Can be more organized with employees knowledge of truck availability. Came in and requested a truck and was told nothing was available. I went to my car and called 1-800 UHAUL and they sent me right back in with a truck reserved. I am puzzled.

Make sure there is communication between sites. Uhaul tried to claim I hadnt returned the truck even though they had already charged my card. Moving is already enough stress, nobody needs to have to deal with issues ontop of it

i think the rates need to better....Queue need to be reduced....initially i was given 1/4 tank of the fuel but it was mentioned on the paper i received that it is 3/4. I told the person on the register and than he checked and gave me another truck.....

My original reservation was not for the Norristown location, which I have used in the past with no problems. I had to completely change locations & times for pick up, this added approx 20-25 miles to my trip & expense! Then the truck leaked, getting my belongings wet - defeats the purpose of renting an enclosed truck. I had to forego the rest of my move to next weekend to prevent ruining my furniture. And now renting another truck & more expense!

Wipers were broken, which I found out while already on the road. It was raining heavy and driving was unsafe. While returning the truck, I told about the problem and asked for discount. Associate William never said word "sorry", didn't appologise, and kept saying that i should have returned to take another truck or call road assistance to fix the wipers. The whole exchange with William was very unpleasent, he was laughing at my words and just couldn't get that it's uhaul responsibility to give me good truck and that in certain curcamstenses turning around in the middle of the way and going back to replace the truck is not an option. I'm very dissatisfied. Next time i'll go with Penske.

All was fine, except that, as has happened at other U-Haul locations, we waited more than 30 minutes once we got to the location to pick up the truck. Having so many reservations at the same time and only one man at the counter was ridiculous.

The dolly and blankets that were held hostage at the access door were an extreme inconvenience. When I declined those items when I reserved the truck, I meant it. The marketing guys may have thought they were brilliant, but if that doesn't go away, I won't rent from UHaul again.

be more informative upfront. for example, i wanted to pay cash so I was told when I called the general number that I still needed to provide my debit card number to hold my reservation. I was never told that they would charge my card $75 and return it once i brought back the equipment. that information needs to be explained in the first conversation. when I expressed that to the girl employee at the norristown location, she agreed and said that this is a common issue with people who call the general number. that is a problem. if it's a common issue for customers, then they need to address it. when I went back to the location to return the truck, I was then told that the $75 they charged would be returned in about 3 days! I was NOT told that earlier when I picked up the truck. I was told they were going to take $75 and return when the equipment was returned. they should have told me before I let them charge my account that I would have to wait 3 days to get my money back. the same employee who talked down on the employee who I spoke with when I madey reservation, turned around and did the exact same thing. if the information was given to me upfront there would have been no issue. I am very dissatisfied with the service i recieved today from U-haul. I do not see me using this company again in the future.

There was a $1.48 credit card charge on my final bill that was e-mailed to me that was not disclosed to me at any time. I did not know about this charge until I got home and saw the e-mail receipt with the additional charge. I was not happy about this charge or that it was not disclosed to me.
