Larry is the man. He was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and truly cares about doing a great job. It's rare to find someone these days who enjoys doing their job and cares enough to do it well. After I left, I still couldn't get over how seamless the rental process was and how helpful Larry was. I HIGHLY recommend Larry and this U-Haul location!!

Pro - I brought the truck back early and was not charged for using the dolly. Con - When I returned, I was asked to sit in the office while he checked the mileage, which was fine except that another customer's information was on the large screen monitor.
