Absolutely terrible service. Rude check-in workers who got an attitude when I tried to explain a rental contact with him and raised his voice. Manager was unwilling to help until I called the pickup location and verified. Terrible service

I had a reservation for 9 am. I got there at approximately 8:45. It took an hour to get my vehicle. You are either woefully understaffed, or have chosen an idiotic manner in which to handle the pick up and return of vehicles. Rest assured, I will rent a penske truck from home depot in the future.

Online reservations are a sham! I was supposed to be at a Uhaul location close to my move and was re-routed to a location 20 miles away! With no night drop!!! Too many problems securing a truck with Uhaul. Next time I will use Ryder or Penske because a Uhaul reservation is worthless!!!

you need more than one person at the store to take care of the busy morning check-in hours. I had to stand in line for 20 minutes. and because he rushed, he forgot to give me the furniture blankets (didn't charge afterwards though).

Truck had a bad bumper so if I did get into an accident, it wouldn't have protected me. The low air was on, but the check out rep. didn't care. The check out rep. was rude, when I asked him to look over the truck with me I got "That's not my job" Then it turned out the truck was locked, so I had to get another one.

The storage facilities were not available at this location, and the nearest U-Haul location with storage did not have availability, and did not have the same quality of storage that would have been available to me at, say, the Rockville, MD location (where I picked up the trailer). I wish this had been better coordinated with the national phone line when I made the booking. Since I was counting on using the U-Haul storage, I had to scramble last minute to find another alternative once I had arrived in town. This made for a somewhat negative closing to my experience with this U-Haul move.

I was having a bad day on Saturday and who would have known that Willy and Kemeny (I think that is how you spell his name) were so helpful and friendly. They made my day and moving experience easy and without any hassle. They had me smiling and feeling a lot better about my day. I would definitely come back! Receiving a clean rental was what I expected. It was as though someone had just dropped it off and it hadn't even been cleaned up at all. Just any garbage that may have been in the cab was picked up. It was quite disgusting.

The staff there were incredibly slow, and even rude, and seemed to have no care for the customers. There were a lot of staff, and on supervisor or manager, and he was bordering on incompetent in his ability to manage the staff. On direct orders from them, they ignored him.

The manager is ( Willy boy) is a rude unhelpful ass, the customer service rep on the line that handled my call was a deaf bafoon. Worst U haul experience in 30 years! I was handled with tantamount to extortion. Frankly U haul broke the terms of my contract and I feel I should be given a full refund.

As far as drop off, the staff was helpful. They appeared rushed and frustrated with other customers. The overall vibe was not overly friendly, however they certainly weren't rude.

After making a 3-day reservation over a month in advance, I arrived at this Uhaul location and was told that my reservation wasn't valid and that I could only rent the van for 3 hours, instead of 3 days. I even showed them the email confirmation which was sent to me directly after I confirmed my reservation. This was a huge inconvenience and very unprofessional. I was told I would have to come in the next morning to rent a van, which I did. But I do not understand how you all can take a reservation and send a confirmation email, then tell me its not valid when I arrive to pick it up. Please tell your staff to do better.

Short-staffed on last day of month at end of day. Only two employees, with several customer returning vehicles. My reserved truck wasn't ready. AC and interior lights didn't work. Requesting credit or rate deduction for faulty AC.

One guy saw my last name and didn't ask first name. When I got upset saying info on registration date and time wrong he just moved didn't say let someone else help. When I asked if he was new and another worker said no mayb ruff morning I said he acting like he is. He heard and did not like it. I told his coworker that no matter where u work never walk away without letting the customer know someone else will help.

When placing the order for the truck I asked specifically for a newer truck. The truck I was given had some trouble with fuel filter or something because the truck sputtered when going up hill. For the money I spent I was not satisfied with the quality of the vehicle. Felt it cost me more in gas then I should have spent.
