The trailer wasn't clean was trash inside it and Glass bottle was in the fender and the side of the trailer. I do have to clean it before I left. Everything Else was excellent consider my time, respect and safety.

None Sherwood location was not professional. Randy told me that the trailer I made reservations for, and stopped by myself to comfirm that the trailer was infact on the lot and would work for my bike,.has not been on his lot for months. He loaded the wrong trailer and when I asked him about ir he said,."what you see is what you get" walked back inside gave ma refund without inquiring if would like a different trailer.. most people say they will never return and months later they do. I WILL NOT!

My complaint is not for the location of pickup/dropoff. My complaint is for Uhaul in general. I reserved the truck online and I haul downgraded my truck and was not planning on telling me. It's a good thing I called to confirm. I ended up driving a lot further and paying more mileage, making this move more difficult. I will never rent from Uhaul again...no real customer service.

The mileage on the truck was incorrect by about 10 miles and by the time we noticed it we had already drove off and been driving for about 15 miles or so. Also the gas tank was under what the claimed it was and also our fault for not paying attention but these things should have been right regardless of my awareness.

I have had continued poor service from Uhaul. I have used Uhaul in the past and have went to pick up my truck to find that it was not there. Uhaul has in the past not charged me for the milage to and from pickup but this time I ha to pay an extra $50 to bring the truck from Lonoke and back. I would have thought that with the business I have given Uhaul in the past that I could have gotten a break. On the phone the Uhaul rep told me that the mgr at the uhaul shop may give me the milage. In the notes though she put that she told me that it was unlikely that I receive a break on the milage which she did not. At this point I will never use Uhaul again

The trailer we reserved was not available so we had to take the only one on site. When we started to load it we discovered it was full of furniture which we dumped out and will return it to the u-haul facility on our next trip.

I was told to return the vehicle at 900am i arrived at 845am no one showed up to open the store until 905am. There were two guys working one said he was the manager but, he couldn't open the store because he had forgotten his keys. The other guy stated he wasn't late because he has a 5 minute grace period to get to work. No customer. Service in either employee.

I reserved a truck to move a 3 bedroom, I always use this location when i move. When I got my uhaul loaded to compacity I notice I still hadnt gotten half of my belongings in the truck. I called and asked what size truck it was and I was told a 17"(2bedrooms). I ended up making 3 trips. $100 dollar deposit plus mileage and gas, I was out of $189 when usually I pay anywhere from $60 to $90 in my past moving experiences. The general manager at this location was rude and unprofessional. The most he was willing to do was not charge me for 2 days rental because I turned the truck in 3 hours late. Unfair it is..at no fault of my own I feel cheated. The woman who did my reservation over the phone made this mistake. One good way to fix this problem is to listen to recorded calls between the customer rep and the customer. After investigation if the customer is found not at fault that customer should be reimbursed mileage and gas.
