The whole crew of guys working here were pleasant and helpful! We had a blown fuse for our hitch and they all jumped in helping us out so that the trailer we rented would have working lights! Best experience I have ever had from u haul ! The guys were very helpful and respectful!

One of the safety chains had been shortened some and was ideal. The other of the usual length had to be twisted many times to make it short enough not to drag. Seems the shorter length would be good for all the chains.

This was the second time I did business at this location. Overall, the staff was very nice and professional. I especially found Allee to be very professional, but the general manager was professional as well. I would suggest they find a more diplomatic way to explain the need to return the equipment sooner rather than later within the 24 hour window. Allee wanted to know how soon I could bring the trailer back; I was confused at first, but ascertained that this size trailer is popular, and not available for the next paying client if it is sitting in my driveway for 18 out of my allotted 24 hours. as it turns out, I only needed the trailer for 2 or 3 hours, and returned it quickly thereafter. I told her that I would be paying for 24 hours, and would thereby guarantee its return in 24 hours. I would suggest that, on small rental items especially, a financial incentive be offered to your clients such that they get a break on the price if they return in a fraction of a day. The fractional cost does not necessarily have to be the same fraction as the fractional time (ie: using simple numbers, you get a trailer for 24 hours for, say, $20, and for 4 hours for $10). Four hours is a sixth of 24, but $10 is half of $20. That way, the trailer comes back in four hours, you rent it to the next person for $10, and in four hours, another $10, and so forth, and you win because you made at least 50% more revenue by this example, but you incentivize it such that the customer wins as well.

Did a good job of explaining the equipment, were a little busy, so it took a while to get a contract, but on return, guy was very helpful, got us received, trailer unhooked, and on our way in probably 3-4 minutes.

I have used this location twice during my relocation to Tucson, Arizona. The first time was to rent a truck and that transaction went well. The second time, however, I had a hitch installed and the work was not as good as I expected. The interior of my new SUV was left scuffed up and a hatch cover was lost. I received no return call from the manager regarding the loss as had been promised. I will buy a new hatch and send the bill to the location and am hopeful they will reimburse me for it.

This is the 2nd time my family and I have rented from this location. 99% of the staff is accommodating and courteous. Hillari is not in any way shape or form any of those things. Gave her the benefit of the doubt and rented again May 29th. She was rude and stated she didn't get paid enough for this while 3 customers were waiting and she was on a personal phone call. My rental was for 24 hours but I ended up needing it longer. I called the Uhaul scheduling center and extended it. At the same time Hillari was calling my mother who had just been released from major surgery telling her I couldn't keep the truck and that she didn't see how me needing it longer was her problem. She told my mother I had to bring it back asap and ended up upsetting my mother. I finished my move and dropped the truck off at 5am on the 2nd. I really didn't want to come in contact with her again. I was emailed a bill on the 10th for the remaining amount. I promptly paid that with a different card than I originally rented the truck with. I didn't see that as a big deal but it has turned into it. Due to a promissory note that Hillari added to my account the minute my original card had my paycheck loaded on it the charges hit my card again. I called her right away and she stated that it wasn't her problem and that when I swiped my card originally I gave her permission to do whatever she wanted with my card. I asked for the money to be returned and she said she was unable but that the GM would take care of it if he wanted. I told her I was going to call corporate and she said they aren't going to help you either. I have spoken to the management at the location and I have no doubt that they are going to make it right but as long as Hillari works at that location I will take my business to another location. She should not be in customer service or dealing with the public at all.

I went into the physical location NRH to get a 17ft truck and the man said I could not rent a 17ft truck and drop it off in Prosper, TX. He offered no other solution and so I left the store. I went home frustrated and got on line but found there was a 20ft truck was available so I reserved it on-line. Got my papers and went up to pick up that truck the next day at 2PM and had no issues. The first larger fellow with a mustache should have offered another solution instead I left the store frustrated to say the least.

H was the associate that helped me the day I picked up our rental which was a Wednesday. I had it reserved for three days. On the third day , I called the office and spoke to H again to inform her that I may need to rent the truck for one more day.(Which would of been back on Saturday)..She put me on hold and then told me that I cant rent it for a full day but I can have it back on the fourth day before 12:pm. No problem . I planned on having it back before then. The day I was supposed to being it back ,we got a call at 7:45am from E. He stated that no H worked there and that we have to have it back before 8am. For a GM I'm surprised he doesn't know who is employees are. I mean her name is on my paperwork. We had the truck back at 8:33. The guy that check us out and checked in the truck was very nice and understood the issue.(K A) The GM did approach the counter as we were wrapping up and he found the whole situation humerous. The two employees knew H and understood why the situation got mixed up. If I absolutely need to rent another vehicle from UHaul, it will not be from this location

The girl working the counter was rather unpleasant. Complaining about temporary managers and yelling jokes and stuff to other workers while I was checking out. Seemed really unprofessional to me.
