Shocked to find out that I made my reservation to another uHaul rental place closer to my daughter apartment but got diverted to a 20 minutes drive to another u-haul store. Please disclose any changes to your customer ahead of time, not only confirming if the rental truck is to be pick-up or what.... I'm very discouraged and hopefully, deliver your promise for the $50.00 refund to your customer! The manager Luis has a big time attitude problem!

There was one problem regarding an equipment issue....the 2 hole rubber retainers that hold the chains securely in place were not attached to the chains. Eventually one came out of the receiver and after bouncing on the road surface while driving, it swung up and struck the rear deck-lid of my recently painted vehicle, which sustained visible damage. This probably could have been avoided had those retainer pieces been installed and I can't imagine they can't cost more than a couple of dollars.

I was charged 43 miles for a 24 mile trip. I have proof of the mileage on my iPhone, and am waiting to see if I can get a refund for the mileage that I didn't use. I'm very unhappy with this. In fact, I'm quite angry. I'm not a fan of bait and switch.

U-Haul is absolutely terrible! I called 10 days in adavnce, NO 26 foot trucks available. I requested a 20 foot truck. Upon arrival, I get a 15' truck and had to make multiple trips. This cost me double for the workers time. Also more than double on mileage bllled by Uhaul. Additionally, I called the location 1 mile from me, I had to drive over 10 miles round trip to pick up the smaller truck (apparently the location close to me has nothing over a trailer size???????) so I was charged an additional 10+ miles for that trip as well. This is the second time UHaul has downgraded my truck last minute this year and cost me hundreds of dollars in extra labor (extra hours for extra trips) and mileage. Your customer service and standards have not only slipped, they are absolutely disgraceful!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They inspected my vehicle and made recommendations. The trailer was there when I arrived and fixed an electrical problem on my vehicle at no charge.

Clean the inside of the glass windshield. Don't worry Hertz, Avis, Budget, national, Alamo, Enterprise etc. don't do it either but it makes things a lot easier when driving into the sun.

Antonio Padillia was rude knew nothing about customer service and was rude to the customer before me as i waited in line. Knew nothing about correct problems I asked for a utility dolly but needed an appliance dolly he scolded me for not knowing the difference and refuse to change it he offered me an additional charge for a 2nd dolly we argued until i said if u cant fix it because u dont know how cancel the transaction and rewrite it. He again had smart remarks im sure this kid has plenty complaints ive been using uhaul exclusively for all my moves and have never had a bad experience this guy needs to be investigated

Their computers weren't great and they just gave me the keys and said good luck. No real training or advice and didn't add more miles even though i had to drive 25 extra miles to pick this one up. You should include the Agoura location here since my journey started there after i was told my reservation was cancelled when i showed up.Not their fault that my rental was cancelled and they were helpful in trying to locate another rental at another location over 25 miles away, but certainly did not go out of their way to make me a priority over the other reserved vans that were still at the lot and not being used until the next day. If i were them, i would have bumped someone else in favor of me who was going 200 miles one way and who made a reservation 2 weeks earlier. Not great customer service.

I rented to trucks from this location in 24 hour period. First was a pick up truck. When I ask clerk about grace period for return she told me it is a 15 minute. I told her that when I rented before it was alwas 1 hour, she said that she doesn't know anything about it. Then I rent a 17 foot truck and I droped it of after hours. Truck was returned with more fuel that it had before I took it. When I got my email with U haul receipt I saw ez fuel charge on it. I called them to clarify the charges. I spoke to a clerk and she told me that she can't make any decision on that issue but she will forward my complaint to the manager and I shoud be receiving call back within one hour. 4 hours passed and no one called. I called again and this time I was transfered to call center. Spoke to a representative again about this matter and was told that I will be contacted by management within one hour. No one called again. Next day I called again. Got transfered to a call center. Was told that my complaint will be forwarded to management. Nothing happened. No one called. People that a working there a not competent at all. Possibly they just turned the key in the ignition and took the reading of the fuel gage right away. The truck that I rented had analog fuel gage, not digital one, so when you check for fuel level it takes sometimes between 1 to 2 minutes for sensor to give a correct reading. If you turn the key and look at it right away you will get false reading. I got more than 10 years of experience as automotive mechanic. Or may be they put extra charge on your bill and hope that you don't notice that or if you will, may be after many attempts to reach them you will simply give up. Not gonna say that every U haul location is like that, but this is my experience. !!!!!! BE AWARE!!!!!!

The male customer service rep was rude and condescending. He assumed I knew what the next steps were in the checkout process and was very dismissive when I asked any questions. Prior to picking up the van, I called and spoke with a middle aged female that had the same attitude. However, i had the complete opposite interaction when I received a call from Claudia. Claudia was extremely friendly and helpful! At this point, I don't know if I would use U-Haul again. The cab of the van had trash in it and the windshield needed to be cleaned.

I was surprised at the $9.50 charge to use my credit card. This was not mentioned or explained during my reservation, pick-up or check out. Do not appreciate this being left off and no one mentioning the charge. I could have paid cash and avoided the $9.50 charge. I feel I need to post a warning on Yelp when renting from this location.
