The moving company dragged our white sofa (which we had asked them to cover) over the floor of the truck, it had the silver aluminum finish that left a stain on the couch.

I picked up the truck with full tank and returned it exactly with full tank, not even a hair lower, and they charged me $10 for gas. I complained at the 390 Providence Hwy but they just switched me to the central office where they said they would process my complain within 3 days. Never heard from them. I wonder if one can find out the gas tank status the 390 Providence Hwy branch marked on the contract of the next customer after me. I am sure it was full because I returned it full.

Your representative charged me for gas without telling me and didn't give me a receipt before leaving. I had replaced the gas I used prior to returning the vehicle. After returning to the location he spent 15 minutes showing me why he did it then couldn't figure out a way to credit me the gas charge. I called your customer service location to make a dispute but half way through the call you disconnected me and didn't call me back. I'M NOT TOO HAPPY WITH YOU GUYS RIGHT NOW. .

The exit on the way out on to Providence Highway was blocked by parked trucks (on the two times I had to use the exit), such that it obscures visibility for approaching vehicle and constitute a potential risk for customers. Kindly look into this.

Just like a car rental, I would recommend doing a final inspection and mark or make note of any dents, dings, ensuring dolly/pads are in. I'd take photos of truck before leaving UHaul location.

RIP OFF!! I agree i signed a contract for returning at 5pm. but shifting takes time. Nowhere it said I would be charged extra if I return the truck after closing time. why do you have drop off facility then ? The manager is cheating the customer saying it was a busy day! When I went to rent, 95% of the trucks were in the lot. For god's sake it was not a weekend, it was a Thrusday. Manager says it was a crazy day and i did not return it on time(even though I returned it on the same day)and thatswhy he charged me for an extra day. Whoever is reading this review, please avoid uhaul, they cheat, they steal money from you without you knowing it. On top of all this, the manager was totally rude, which is unacceptable.

The only issue was the drop off area because there were multiple trucks entering to be dropped off it cause a small back up. This being only a minor issue because I was promptly flagged forward by an employee. Thank you for the helpful move.

Pick up at 7AM on a busy holiday weekend. Associate was very good but overwhelmed by long line. There was no one to assist him with getting the equipment or signing people in.

Truck was not at the location I ordered it at. My reservation was UHaul Attleboro MA. and truck was located at Norwood, MA. Fortunately a phone call spared me a disaster. Poorly communicated change. Norwood and Burlington, VT locations and condition of truck was great.

This location was only 40 minites away from where I moved and would never had gone there is uhaul didn't insist it was the closest drop off lication for my equipment. When I set up the reservation, I was told I jad a pickup in or near Lynn, MA and a drop off in or near Boston... this was so far from the truth! I just don't like being lied to. I would have preferred the option to return the equipment to where I picked it up or close to where I moved, within 10 miles.

The staff don't seem to know how to credit miles. A customer service rep. on the phone offered to credit us with free mileage because UHaul changed our reservation at the last minute (Mansfield office closed). When I asked about how the miles would be credited, the staff at both UHaul locations were unsure of who to contact about this issue and how it was done. UHaul should make an effort to better train it's employees in this area.

Remind them to notify anyone if the gas level doesn't match the agreement as I was charged for a gas shortage even though it was where we saw the gauge when we drove off.

I was not happy that after moving all day that i had to return a truck to a shop that was about 1/2hr to 45 minutes away. although i was given extra mileage because of the distance, i still had the inconvience and had to pay for the gas.
