Nothing everything went great... just as it did when I last use them 1 years ago... equipment was wonderful... and after about a 5 minute wait I was on the road.. . thank uhaul keep up the great work!

This was my second rental this month (first was a cargo van which was GREAT and almost new; yesterday's was a 10-ft truck that could use the brakes looked at and had a light on the dashboard that needed looked at). However, Luis in the office is great and helpful ~ great for quick, local moves!

Sabrina Oliver was happily back on duty, after being promoted up and away. For the record, she personally installed five trailer hitches on my vehicles over the years. was supposed to pick up truck in north Attleboro,supposed to be reserved,they had no truck,had to call norwood,picked up an hour later,I had to pay movers to hang around and wait,I am very disappointed with uhaul and think you should reimburse me for movers and my rental.Please have someone call me,moving is stressful enough,without having confirmed reservation and no truck.I am at 508-344-5443 and will be waiting

THE ELEVATOR FAILED INSPECTION!!! When we got there to move out of storage with one of your trucks we were informed the elevator was broken. There was no apology with this news, and when I asked if there was a broken elevator discount, I received a snotty "Nope." As I was going up and down the stairs, my wife called UHAUL to inform the of the situation. She was told she would be called back the following Monday, but that call never came. This is totally unacceptable and gives me no reason to use or recommend your company again.

I requested a utility dolly. When I arrived to pick up the truck the guy (forgot his name) told me that there are none, but still he charged me for one! Please refund me the $10.

We dropped off after hours and it was difficult to get the directions for dropping off from the 800 number we were told to call. A designated after hours drop off would be helpful, but it all did work out in the end.

I had 10 am appointment. Arrived at 9:45. Line was over 10 people long. ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE CHECKIING IN. He was excellent but completely overwhelmed.

There was no customer service rep when I arrived because he was busy elsewhere. A line had formed and we all had to wait until the sole rep became available. I was then over billed for the rental because even though I returned the equipment the same day no one recorded that I have done this. I received a phone call the next day asking when I was going to return the trailer. Also, I was asked to drive the trailer around when I returned and unhitch it myself. Someone did come to help me but I never should have been asked that request in the first place.

Hire more workers!! On a Sunday before the 1st of the month there is NO reason only 1 person should be working! The line was out the door, trucks were misplaced and he clearly was overwhelmed! Thank goodness he brought his son to help out a little. I waited 1 hour in line to simply pick up an already reserved truck. If I was not in a time crunch I would have most certainly went elsewhere!
