Well online you have a quick check out wish is fine you see the id and credit card Than you get to the store and you have to do the same thing so I didn't see what's quick about it I think you have it like you get to the store swip the credit card and info pops check Id than hand the keys

The person helping me did fine, however he was the only person working and I thought that was ridiculous. There were several people in front of me and a few waiting after me. I was waiting for service for over 30 minutes. U-haul knows what reservations are scheduled, so they should have the appropriate amount of people on. I also called on the phone the previous day and no one answered. I noticed that happened while I was waiting for service the following day as well. The phone would ring, but the one employee would be outside. I used this location for convenience to my house, but I would probably drive farther next time to see if I could get better service.

Waited for a sales person for 10 min had to go find someone in the lot and was told to just go wait inside.Then when one showed up he had no clue what I even reserved and couldn't get it to ring thru on his computer finally another sales person showed up and fixed it.And your lot guy didn't know how to even lock the trailer down on my truck if I hadn't needed the trailer that day I would have just left

The check in and check out process was too long even though I had completed the online paperwork. There was only one man working in the morning and he seemed confused with certain questions. In the afternoon there was two workers and they were overcharging me for mileage that I did not drive and could not seem to get it rectified in the computer system. Also the truck we had was leaking on the rainy day we used it. It really should not have been leaking, it should have been checked for holes or sagging prior to each use. Unfortunately I will not be using this uhaul location again and perhaps not even use uhaul.

I rated this location poorly because of the general manager, Ivan who works there. He is a horrible customer service agent and should not have the job that he has. He talks at people, not to people. I almost had to call the police on him yesterday. I have to say, Sabrina who is your area manager for this location, was absolutely fantastic! Do not ever lose her as your area manager because she has the BEST personality for your business. I cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond to take care of me! IT'S PEOPLE LIKE HER THAT MAKES LIFE A LOT EASIER FOR THE CUSTOMER THAT COMES IN TO CONDUCT BUSINESS. SHE'S AN AWESOME WOMAN AND IT WOULD NOT BE IN YOUR BENEFIT TO LOSE HER AS A TEAM PLAYER.

express check in was not at all fast. returned the trailer one hour after closing and was charged a whole day's extra rate. This will be the last time I rent from you guys!!!!!! Especially since I rented a truck in July used it for 4 hours and was charged a whole day's rate.....

It seems that they need more employees. Especially at peak rental times on the weekend.I waited ten minutes or so just to get up to the counter. This location used to have excellent customer service when Rick was the General manager about 14 years ago.

Only one of two registers opened at 9:20 AM. Waited a full 50 minutes in line (I stopwatched it) which is literally more time than I needed the truck for. A $10 insurance charge was pre-supposed on the bill; something I did not request or want.

Get rid of old, banged up, rusty equipment. Also, text directing where to drop off trailer----which was a mailing packing office and believe it does not handle trailers. Dropped it where I had requested in the first place and as indicated on my contract. Find out who is the incompetent and boot them. Lot's of GOOD people needing a job

Service desk was brutally slow. Not sure why I bothered to pre-register then they ask everything all over again. Two people at the desk and it took 40 minutes to get my truck. Then 24 hours later they call and ask where is the truck when I told them I needed it for 5 days. Then the bill comes in $100 more than expected. Ripoff. I'm done with UHaul.

some of the things inside the truck were broken..like the inside door handle. the process of renting the truck was a bit slow and the push to buy other items was a bit too much. the rep was helpful in trying to figure out what size truck we would need. would go again

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the drop-off location. I got charged for wrong drop-off location even though it was the correct location. I also got charged for using 37 extra miles when I was given 25 extra miles at pick-up. If I do not get my money back I WILL NEVER use U-haul again.

I shall not be using this company in the future after the last experience. The location of Norwood and the changing without notice of my required trailer lost me over three hours on the day I needed all my time, it was a avoidable nightmare of BS and inconsistencies in company policy without resolution. After six usages in the last year I shall now go elsewhere with my business,

Warn the customer that to avoid the gas refill fee that you must deliberately overfill the tank - the pump will automatically stop before it is "full" by Uhaul standards. The employee called to apologize and admitted "it had been a problem in the past".

I drove vehicle 56 miles. Put 40 in gas in before I returned. Needle stayed at same level. I paid cash at gas station I wont make that mistake again. Explained to representative that needle didn't move. He didn't care. I just wanted truck off my hands so I paid another 35 in U Haul gas service fee. Basically paid 75 in gas to go 56 miles. I rent moving vans ofter for my business and I can tell you it will be a long time before I rent with U Haul again. I really felt like I got hosed on this transaction. I did not feel good about whole thing
