Little hard to find the actual place. The sign makes you think it's in the back of a mechanic shop; because a sign points to it. But the actual UHAUL place is at the end if the street. The service was great! Quick and easy.

Your truck cost me 25.00 in gas for 39 miles of driving. That's 5.5 mpg! Either your truck was not full when I picked it up or your trucks have worst mpg in odenton. I will not re commend your u-haul to any military on Ft Meade.

When I made the reservation, I called to confirm that this location could do installation work on my vehicle, if needed, and was told that they could, apparently by someone in your central phone center. It turned out that was incorrect.
It would be an advantage if a person making a reservation could be sure that the pick-up location could meet all of their potential needs.

Because this site is now gated, could not drop off the truck behind the gate after hours. Staff was efficient, but not really friendly. Business is business I guess. Have used this site before.

The gentleman who helped us pick up the rental was very friendly and helpful. This survey is in no way a reflection upon the gentleman who helped us initially with our rental
Prior to dropping off the vehicle, we refueled the truck and filled it up as far as we could (until the pump kept cutting off and wouldn't allow any additional fuel to be pumped). We dropped off the vehicle at the location which is less than 1 mile from the gas station we used to refuel. We verified the gauge was sitting on Full before dropping the keys into the after hours drop. Upon receiving my receipt this morning, I was charged $40 for refueling the vehicle and it showed the gas gauge was where it was prior to us refilling the tank. When I called the location to dispute the $40 charge, a very disrespectful and unpleasant man answered the phone and claimed I was calling him a liar and started yelling at me. He refused to work with me to refund the money I was incorrectly charged to do something I had already done prior to returning the vehicle. I explained that I had the receipt showing that I had refueled last night and he didn't care but continued to yell at me.
I am very unhappy with my experience at this location. We will be moving in a few months, and I will definitely NOT be returning to this location to rent a vehicle for our move. After this experience, it is unlikely I will use Uhaul at all and I will certainly not recommend Uhaul.
