I returned the truck with two book cases in the back. (Trash I had no where to dump). The people at the store told me it would cost $80 to dispose of them. I told them I would unload them, set them in the parking lot, go home and get my truck and pick them up. I was told my only option was to put them in a storage unit and pay the cost of the storage unit. I could not believe after spending $160 on a truck (charged us 3 days after picking up 7am Monday and delivering 9am on Wednesday, $100 on boxes, that they would not let me put a couple of book shelves in the parking lot for 20 minutes while I went to pick up my truck. We have rented from that facility several times the last couple of years. I will never step foot in that place again and they are giving uhaul a bad name.

Great service they even offered a bigger truck that met my needs. Nice and friendly staff, who was very polite to all the customers in the waiting area.

On my online order I requested 3 dozen pads. When I went to pickup the rental I was informed not only did your location not have pads but I was took the location has not had pads for 3 weeks? The agent was quite indignant that he has no pads but I should have known? He could give a s*#t. Good luck with his type of customer service in the future!

The truck seemed to be beyond it's time, it's not a good experience to be driving a 20' truck that starts jumping out of control/dying on the highway as it was just to fallapart... it felt unreliable/unsafe.

When I returned the truck I was told that the location was a corporate office and I felt that my complaints would be heard here. Before the manager knew my name, where I was coming from or any details about me, he told me a story about how the guy that had the truck I was supposed to rent got arrested and the truck was impounded. I again felt very disrespected. The manager just made up a story to placate me. I feel insulted about the entire situation and will not be using your service again. My contract number is 98215273.

This was my best U-Haul experience to date. The staff was courteous and responsive. The light connector from my vehicle to the trailer didn't work, and they got it fixed fast. Great experience. Would definitely use the location again.

The wires for the lights were not properly secure which lead to the wires dragging on the road and shorted out. Trip was delayed and I was not compensated for this very expensive tow.

We rented a auto transport and the guy who rented it to us said he didn't think the truck we needed to move would fit, then changed his story when we said it didn't fit and we needed to return it. Then said the only way to return it without being charged the full price was to recheck everything in and recheck it out which would have been a huge hassle and cost us a lot more with gas. When we returned the auto transport earlier than originally reserve for to a different location we were charged even more for something we did not even use.
Also the truck was not available for pick up at the requested destination and only knowing that it was not going to be available there less than 24 hrs in advance was hard to rearrange schedules and plans.
The truck only had 1/4 a tank of gas. It would be extremely nice and helpful if you rent and return the truck on a full tank.

Our reservation wasn't on record correctly and we weren't given all of the appropriate information - we found out some things when we turned everything in. They also didn't have everything we had reserved as far as dollies and pads.

I had no problem with the actual location; however, I am very frustrated with how Uhaul has handled my transaction. I swiped my card when I picked up the truck and $49.65 was placed on hold. We returned the truck and paid $45.00 in cash. This was on 4/20/2013. As of today, 4/23/2013, there is still a hold on my account for $49.65. Which means as of today, Uhaul has almost double what my total was for the 14' truck. I called Uhaul and asked why there was still a hold, and they informed me that it was my bank that still had the money reserved. I contacted my bank who informed me that according to their records, Uhaul had a hold on my account until 4/24/2013 and the money would be returned to my account on 4/25/2013. I did not expect that it would take four days into the business week for my money to be returned to me and I am severely disappointed in this oversight. I understand that sometimes these transactions take a few business days, but I think that this is too excessive. I am very unimpressed and will do my best to avoid using Uhaul's services if this is how long it takes for the hold to be lifted.
