Nothing that I can think of, as they were great with us. Truck was fine and cost was acceptable. I did recommend this location to my daughter, which is why we returned to the OKC, OK, 23rd & MacArthur location.

The woman that worked at this location was amazing. She saw the fear on my face about driving away in such a big truck. She was able to pick up on the fact that I was leaving my spouse. She made sure I understood the truck before leaving. She even gave me a hug and wished me the best of luck. She offered to try and get me a deal as well. Her kindness was very much needed as I was leaving my abusive alcoholic husband. In that moment he kindness helped me take that next step to trying to make a better life for my child and myself. She was so sweet and caring. Thank you U-Haul!
