The truck I rented need more up keep. I rented the truck in Oklahoma, OK going to kennesaw, GA This was a 12 hour plus ride and possibly needing three fill ups. My truck needed filling up every two hours. Costing 350 dollars. I think the truck maintenance was very poor serviced. Maybe having a tune up, and oil change would help.

Horrible service. Lots of workers and it still took about 45 minutes to drop off a truck that was perfectly clean. Employee told me to back up a truck with a tow dolly and car still attached. coworker says 'we can do it but we don't recommend you doing it" I said good back it u and you cover costs due to damage they do. They decided not to back up the truck. It was a (Typical U-Haul) experience for me. The 1800 people are worse than the store people.

Long lines, slow help. The lady who helped me told me to backup my truck with a car loaded on a car dolly still attached to the truck. When I refused and told her to do it if she wanted to pay for any damage done she declined. All because they were to slow to pull the next truck forward so I could straighten out the trailer.

The oldest truck ever. Power steering was horrible and we were charged for leaving 2 pieces of dust ($25 cleaning fee).

Online registration and follow up went well. Equipment was at site, clean and ready to go. Return experience went well, too. Fast and spent little time in this phase. Customer service was friendly and helpful all along the way!

We were not happy with the service we received due to our reservation from the reservation center. We reserved a 26 foot truck approximately 2-3 weeks before we needed it at the location most convenient to us. Then 3 days before the day we needed the truck, we received a call saying not only did they not have the truck we needed but they NEVER carry that size truck or even the next smaller truck at that location. The other close location to us could have the smaller truck on a different day or a different time. NOT acceptable. If I wanted a different truck, a different day or a different time, I would have made the reservation for those specifics. I was moving and therefore needed everything at the exact time that I had scheduled!!! Instead, we had to drive to a much further location and was told there was no way to discount the rental or the mileage. Horrible customer service. You can't inconvenience your customers and then tell them that they have to pay for your mistake.

They left my dollies out of the truck. Therefore, I had to make a return trip to get them. They told me I wouldn't be charged for them but I didn't have my paperwork with me when I returned the truck. No worries. Overall my experience was good and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The lady that was working on 6/27 in the morning, she needs to be repremanded. She was having trouble getting a customers credit card to go through, and spent more than 30 mins trying to make it work when it was being declined. Common sense would tell you to make him use another form of payment, which she finally eventually did. But before she did she felt it necessary to literally yell that his card was declined, it keeps getting decline sir, your card is declined. I think I heard some form of this phrase from her over 10 times. Why she felt to say it as loud as she possibly could, I don't know... But if that had been me, I would've been humiliated. And then to make things worse after she finally decided to tell him that he needed to get another form of payment, she also announces to the entire store that her husband has called twice and so she has to step out and answer it. So even though they have a line of over five people she stepped outside to take a personal phone call. Otherwise she is a very nice lady, just seems to be lacking some common sense. And everybody else in the store seems very friendly and easy to work with. I am the manager in customer service at AT&T so I do appreciate and take these surveys very seriously and I appreciate when companies like you give customers like me the opportunity to provide you this valuable feedback.

There were no dollies available in your inventory to rent--isn't that the business you're in? When I returned the truck your employee asked if the Dollie that came with the truck was in good condition! What Dollie I said. Won't be using Uhaul again.

The guy who helped us return the Uhaul was amazing But the girl who helped me seriously needs a lesson in customer service. She kept stopping in the middle of her sentences to talk to her co workers about unrelated work things. She forgot to give us the keys to the Uhaul so we were sitting outside for 15-20mins thinking she would come to us to give us the keys. We paid for extra things that weren't in the truck.

I did an early online checkin s it still took 30 minutes because even tho there were 3 employees at the counter only one was waiting on customers Then i was told that there were no furniture dollies even tho i had reserved one. Fortunately they found one. The truck was not ready as stated in the early checkin. We returned the truck using it only for 6 miles and was told that the gas level which originally at 3/4 of tank was now at 3/16! We insisted on being shown how that could be and lo and behold it was still at 3/4. Imagine that! Won't be returning to this location again.

Well let's start off with they tried to fix some wiring to a harness that another U-haul calmed to be able to fix but couldn't so they sent me to this shop. Upon inspection the store says that it could be fix. So after I rent the trailer the lights go out I take it back to see what was wrong with the wiring and was told it was a fuse, the worker told me if it goes out again to change the fuse so long story short in the middle of the night while driving the lights go out, I try to replace fuse the circuit keeps blowing out the fuses, so I had to drive home in the middle of the night with no lights.

you might want to encourage your employees not to talk about walking off the job in front of customers. I have never had a bad experience with you guys. I consider you to be most reliable. But to have employees talk to each other about just walking out. Not a good thing.

The Office interior Reeked of Cigarette Smoke. My wife and I were overwhelmed by the Thick Smoke. Didn't effect their Quality of Service but sure locked our lungs up for a while...not healthy
