Everyone was very nice at this location. Although, we got a covered UHaul because of the chance of rain. When we reached our destination, all of our items that were placed of the floor of the UHaul, covered trailer were soaked in water. What a mess! I don't think the bed will be the same.

The only issue that anyone would have with you guys is that you're facility isn't set up well for the volume of traffic and business you handle. Not easy to get into the storage area due to heavy vehicle traffic.

Truck had 170,000 miles on it. I understand that it was 13 years old. Had damage all over it. Looked awful and drove even worse. Needs to be retired. Next time I will refuse to accept a truck in that condition.

improve the website, so we knew where the specific truck was available. the location was changed twice and we didn't know where from the online information or the emails. granted we rented on Friday for early Monday pickup, so it was crucial and unnecessarily confusing. other than that it was a great experience.

Truck had a lot of issues with transmission and just a BOS.. However I overlooked that when I returned it because my check in guy was amazing. Glad to see happy employees who you can tell like what they do.

Great experience. GREAt lady Stephanie at Lenexa location referred us there AND booked the trailer . Folks at 77th and Metcalf location didn't offer to help at all.

The equipment was fine. Was very old but that is fine. It was in working order and the rate was very good. No complaints about the equipment. The issue with this location is the wait time to get the equipment and turn it in. There was 4 people working at the location but only one was working the desk. 4 people in line ahead of me. That alone to a while. Then when I finally got up to the desk they told me that the guy in the lot would do the walk through with me. Great! Did that, then the guy told me that I would have to wait in the line again to do the final check out. I was there over an hour to get my trailer. Need a better system or at minimum more people working the desk.

I was NOT able to rent a trailor because I drive a 2013 Ford Explorer due to some law suit w/Bridgestone tires. I this this is TOTAL BULLSHIT, I have NOTHING to do with Bridgestone or Ford Motor Co. I just own an Explorer and want to rent a trailor. I have rented from Uhaul for years, I'll have second thoughts now.

The truck broke down, and when we called this location to tell them the truck had broken down and we were trying to limp it back to this facility (as directed to do by the Emergency Road Service operator), the person at the facility indicated that they would NOT hold a replacement truck for us. SERIOUSLY? We'd already rented a truck, it was broken down, and we were attempting to get it back to the facility, but U-Haul would NOT hold a replacement truck for us, and would instead rent it out to the next person who walked through the door???
When we finally made it back to U-Haul, we had to wait in line for 30 minutes to be able to Exchange the truck, and then another 30 minutes to be able to get it out of the parking lot, since the line of trucks was blocking the driveway.

Tried to call the local store 3 times between 7 and 8 this morning and I kept getting the hold message and no one ever picked up. I needed a truck this morning and wanted to make sure what I needed was on the lot. I chanced making my reservation online hoping that when I arrived an hour later they would have one. They did and it all worked out but I wish someone had picked up the phone and given me that reassurance. That is the reason for the "average rating". Otherwise I would have rated them higher.

really nothing...everything was excellent. I wasn't going to rent anything to move a few items and just borrow my neighbors truck but it was raining so I called your store and everybody was so helpful and I got a truck for a great price. Thanks.
