We were closing our office in Omaha and needed a truck to take some things back to Kansas City. Dealing with Penske was such an awful experience, we cancelled our reservation and booked with Uhaul. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will use your company from now on.

The card reader wouldn't read my credit card. The computer kept kicking the girl behind the counter out and we had to start over several times. But the personnel were extremely helpful and apologized profusely about the computer and reader problems. Also, the person out front was very knowledgeable and helpful by rotating the ball on my carrier. None of the computer and reader problems were the fault of the personnel and they did a great job of getting the job done and giving me confidence that they knew what they were doing.

The manager at this location has the worst customer service ever. My reservation was messed up since day one and he wouldn't do anything to help out. I wasn't even offered any kind of discount for the troubles I went through. I haven been I customer service and rental myself for many years and there is no way a customer should be treated as poorly as I was. I will never rent from this location again nor from uhaul. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The front had a leak in it and it was raining when all our stuff was in it so we ended up with a bunch of wet stinky boxes. I brought this up to the person I returned it to and their only concern was with the Uhaul unit itself and just told me "We'll get it fixed." I will never use this location again and maybe never Uhaul again if this is representative of the quality of their equipment.

The truck and cigarette ashes in the door cup holders. The truck had faulty hazard lights and the fuel economy gauge did not work. Other than those issues the truck ran fine and met our needs.

I don't know the guys name but when I brought the u-haul back he was the gyy who checked the u-hauls to make sure there was gas put back in and the unit is clean. He was very rude to me when I returned the u-haul. Like he had an attitude with me over simply just asking me to put more gas in the u-haul.which the hand was on full but he wanted it to be straight up and down. The was he told me not asked was very unprofessional and I don't think I will ever return to this location again. All the other staff were great except for that one guy!

I have used Uhaul for all my moving needs and several locations in Omaha. I think the service at the Maple and Millard Ave locations are both very well organized and would recommend them to anyone!

My original phone call was to 89 maple location to hold a 29.95 dollar truck, I was told there were no trucks that size in the whole metro area. After calling around to find a truck I finally had a reservation for the uhaul on 58 Ames. After getting there I find that office is closed. After calling Uhaul to see what was going on they said my reservation was for 44 Ames and that is where I would be able to pick up the truck. After driving to 44 Ames to my disappointment there is no truck. I was told the people who had the truck has not returned it and I had to wait. That was a super inconvenience to my time and also the help I had for my move. After waiting an hour the lady finally calls me and tells me the truck has still not returned. She suggested that she transfer my reservation to 89 Maple. I'm fine with that but it just concerns me that since my original call was to 89 Maple how was I to be sure that there was a truck available there for me. She assured me there is one. So I drive to 89 Maple where I waited in the line for forty minutes while the clerk discussed with a customer when, where, how long, how nice her experience was when she was there where he was going. The line continued to get longer as we all waited in this line for entirely to long while she read the complete contract to this man she was helping. After finally getting my turn for help two hours has passed since the time I made my reservay to pick up the truck. The lady was rude and talked to me with an attitude as if I was annoying her when I asked questions referring to my payment. I feel like the whole experience was one I wouldn't wish on any one else. Moving day is such a stressful day but to have the truck, the most important thing in moving be such a hassle was unbelievable. I lost time and money, was treated unfairly and very rude. And after all the hassles with calling around trying to find a truck i was told that the 19.95 dollar truck was all they had in the metro area. To my discovery 89 Maple had a 29.95 dollar truck there. So I was able to upgrade thankfully. But seeing how my original call was to 89 Maple for the 29.95 and was told there weren't any, after many calls and many trips to different locations and also how I had been treated by the clerk Linda on 89 the Maple it just seems that if someone, anyone would have could have performed their job duties better it would have saved me hours of frustration. I will never ever use Uhaul again. It was my worst moving experience ever. And its because if you guys. I will be contacting every one I can about this matter I feel o should be compensated for the gas it took to drive to three different locations and the hours it took away from moving my things and the way I was treated I feel I should at least get the 19.95 dollar rate for the 29.95 dollar truck. Thanks for nothing Uhaul.

When I made the reservation on the phone and asked for a AAA discount, the operator said Uhaul didn't give AAA discounts, but offered me a 10% courtesy discount. When I arrived to pick up the van, the personnel in the store said there was no discount available, so I felt like I was treated a bit dishonestly.

Remind Tom when directing traffic in the front lot to say please. IE: "please use a parking stall over there." He was the first person in your business I spoke with upon arrival. I don't know exactly what he said but the hair stood up on the back of my neck and I said to my companion that "I don't need to rent from this place". I realized if he had said " please park over..." I would not have been on the immediate screw this place defensive attitude when going inside.
