The man who ran this Uhaul station in Pacifica was incredibly kind and considerate. He had posted "no drop off" on his website because his lot was full, but moved his own rigs around in order to accomedate my needs. I think he went way above and beyond what was required of him and I am very grateful.

The man working this U-haul was disingenuous in his fuel filling practice. He gave us a car marked as a full tank of gas, and was very frazzled and rushed having us sign the contract and information. We should have double checked but trusted U-haul to not run scams. We drove a documented 26 miles that day, but when we returned the car, we noticed the gas tank was very low. We filled the car with 12 tanks of gas, to travel only 26 miles. So either your trucks have the worst gas mileage ever, or we just gave an additional $40 to your company. Shame on you. I'm filing a formal complaint with documentation of everything. It is our fault that we didn't scrutinize where the gas levels were on the contract, but the office was run so incredibly unprofessionally and chaotically. It is not your customers job to make sure your workers aren't constantly trying to scam them.

Not a request to improve. I called Heather after I was given a smaller U-Haul than requested, causing me to make an additional trip... SHE REMOVED THE MILES! Promote this girl! Loved it...

I called the Pacifica drop off site twice. Got voice mail which did not identify it as U-haul. They never returned my call. When I finally saw them and asked why he said that "Comcast sometimes does not give me my messages." I needed to know hours for drop off. I finally had called the 800 number and they told me that the place was opened between 9-5. Except when I saw the guy he said he closed at 3:45 and that there was a drop off box for key. I wish I had known that. It would have made things easier. Maybe you can tell the owner of this site that he should have a message on his voice mail which at least identifies it as U-haul and give info regarding hours and drop off.

Super rude and very unprofessional! Was told to pick up before my reservation time because the guy wanted to close early and got a call at 7:30 am to bring it back before it was due! Will never use this company again!

unsafe, no public parking, shares narrow driveway with a mechanics garage who does not like people pulling in. The owner used racist comments when I objected to the way they treated me. They are not open during the posted hours. These are bad people.

The problems are not with the locations but with your system. You can't just change truck sizes, locations etc. at the last minute and expect people to be happy. It took the guy at Pacifica Auto 45 minutes to check the truck out to me because of glitches in your system!

the guy who was assisted us, was telling us how he was drinking the night before and that he was still drunk. We were there for the longest time waiting. Worst service of my life. Because he was drunk, he was also very rude and inappropriate.

I was incorrectly charged a cleaning fee even though the uhaul was returned in the same condition I had originally rented. In fact, I even returned the uhaul with more gas than it previously had. As a long time and loyal customer, I am outraged that uhaul would conduct such deceitful behavior and put their reputation on the line for $25. I will be following up to ensure this fee is reversed.

Unfortunately, the computer went down when I arrived so it took awhile. But staff was very courteous and apologetic. Just a bummer that it happened when I walked in! They also stated that I had 2 dolleys and blankets, which I didn't.

I had a very bad experience overall. I was not contacted regarding my changed pickup location, I had to call the night before to confirm to find out the pickup location would actually be about 35 miles away. In order to accomodate this I had to change my moving day and movers and was charged for this. Then my pick up day i was called at 1030 stating they are closing that day at noon instead of 4. I live an hour away and was given and hour and half notice on a work day. Then i called the drop off location to ask their hours and they said they would never accept drop off there and hung up. I again had to call corporate to figure out where to drop it off, never being notified by the change. At that time i asked how I could be compensated for all this trouble and was put on hold several times and given another 800 number even though I was already speaking to uhual corporate. Terrible experience, going to leave reviews online now as well.
