Sherry and Tori were knowledgeable and friendly. They were kind and helpful. Moving is not a lot of fun,.but our u-haul experience was good. My grandson (4 1/2 years) walked away and said how nice Tori was. She even gave him a pen. Moving for children and with children makes for a long day, but with the kindness shown, it was a much more pleasant day.

this was the worst service from any kind of company my family has EVER in my lifetime recived !!!! Not only did we break down within 2 blocks and was not allowed to even walk over to get another truck and not only the manager there would not bring us another truck we sit there in the heat and rain with an austistic child and a 5 pound dog in that truck not getting answers from them or anyone then when the wrecker service came they left us stranded and did not tow we still had to sit there because the stupid uhaul mgr . would not answer him and so he could not tow it even back over to the lot and after 3 hours would not come back out either because he was already out !!!! not only did they say 3 times she would give us the truck for free when asked i know your not gonna charge us for this and she said no .... and not only when i was talking to the 800 number and threatened to call the police did the mgr get off her butt and go sit with the truck and bring us another one in the blink of an eye i asked her again face to face .......... your not gonna charge us right ???????? she said no and by golly when my husband took the truck back what did she do ???????? charged him anyway she thought more hours was enough when i told her that was not good enough n/a period !!!!! she should be fired and u haul i will never recommend them ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i hope anyone i know or don`t know ever brings up that name to me . You won`t get their business !

All size trailers not available for rent one way. I had to rent a larger trailer than necessary for the job.

The truck transmission is going out and shook the whole time. My furniture was damaged. I'm very upset about the whole ordeal. Moving pads were not in the back which i wanted to use. The truck had a huge oroblem starting and stalling out. i looked up the vin number and the truck us from the early 80s. Moving is stressful enough, this truck put my stress over the top. I have used uhaul every year when i move and have never had an experience as terrible as this one. if i can't get this issue resolved im going to have to look into budget rental.

streamline the checkout process. I rented a tow dolly earlier this year but still had to provide and fill out everything again. Not a major problem but I think the checkout time has room for improvement.
However, the checkin time was very reasonable and everybody i dealt with was excellant.

the assosociate Tori was excellent, she fit me in before a reservation that was set for noon for another customer and I made my quick last minute trip before 9:30 am, making your company an additional rental when she really had no vehicle available for me,keep her cause she is a good one.

Windshield cracked badly which did not seem to matter to them but did to me which I think it was unacceptable to send me out in truck for my use. Counter service very very slow, need more help at this location, people moving are in a hurry

When I arrived at the location, signage was poor and it was difficult for me to find the service desk. When this was mentioned to the sales rep by another customer, she made it sound like the customers were dumb and should have found it ok.
When I returned the equipment, there was only 1 representative which seemed absurd on a Friday evening. There were 8 customers waiting in line inside and 5 customers waiting outside to receive/turn in their equipment. It took 30 mins for me to finally have my turn and turn in my equipment.

customer service reps didn't seem like they gave a damn cause they had to work the holiday. In general acted somewhat disinterested and had rude attitudes. I had contact with three different people and none seem to know what policies applied to me. On a scale of 1-10 I'd give them a 2.

The personnel were great!! The only reason I cannot give an excellent is that they were busy and only had two people working. I spent over an hour waiting in line to rent a storage unit and drop off my trailer. Kudos to the staff but they needed some help tremendously to handle the large volume.

The exit is not very good leaving the property, especially if a truck is pulling into property. The sales staff was excellent, efficient and friendly.

Its frustrating how many extra charges there are and how quickly they add up, I paid over $80 for a 2 hour job with a pickup but you guys advertise $19.99... Its just not worth it. I can rent a luxury extended cab at Hertz for less than that.

The 10-ft rental was surprisingly smaller with the wheel wells protruding into the cargo deck. Had to flip sofas over lie in between. Cabinet rested on its side due to its height being 4" too tall. Fortunately, I saved my wardrobe boxes from a recent move and used them on the floor so my cabinet and sofas wound not be chaffed. I was not made aware of the wheel wells when signing up. Two people in line were not told that the truck for them were larger until they found out themselves when they walked up to their trucks.
