upon arrival, employee stayed too involved in working on checking in someone and a vehicle, and we were the only people there. we had to just stand there and watch him work on other paperwork. why ? I don't know. not impressed at all with him

Wash or wipe out/clean the back of the U-Haul out before it's re-rented for starters. Although, I'd like to give props to I think it was Mr. Paul Thompson for being very helpful and insightful and for being quite courtesy.

I rent alot of trailers from Uhaul, and will again. But never hope to rent one at this store again. Uhaul at this store left out a few words, U hook up, U check your on lights, (which is hard when your alone) and U Un hook.

This location was fantastic! I needed a 10' box truck on Easter Sunday, which I thought would be impossible. Not only were they open on a holiday, but they had what I needed and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. This Uhaul location saved my day and my move. Thank you Uhaul!

when the weather is cold and you had called ahead to hold a truck it should be warmed up and windows defrosted. Now I understand if someone just walks in and needs a truck right now and you didnt have time to warm it up.

My truck was given to me on next to empty, the gas light was on and i easily could have ended up stranded. The location was horribly understaffed, as there was only one employee to do everything. The actual employee to customer conversation was sparse.

I rented a box trailer and I had to go out in the rain and find my trailer and hook it up and check all the lights myself because the representative didnt want to get wet. (I guess). I thought they r being payed to help customers and make sure equipment is clean and safe before it pulls away.
Overall other than one guy. I was happy. But he should be fired for is ignorance on customer service.

Truck was dirty, seats stained, butts in ashtray, trash and smelled like a dog. Telephone numbers were scratched into door moldings and dash.

Saposed to be 1/4 tank gas truck was empty guy only took 20cents per mile to mak it right and that didn't even come close to what i paid. in gas. cause the guy said it had to come back with a 1/4 of a tank even tho it was empty then the gas gauge don't work so i ended up puting 40 in gas before i realized

Everything was fine. Truck could have had the snow cleared off of it from the day before, prior to my arriving. Other than that it was a very good experience.
