You charged me for gas that I didn't owe. I have 4 witnesses that the tank was on the exact spot it was when I got it. You are a bunch of liars. I have used y'all a hundred times over the years and I never will again. I have also referred y'all. Never again! Since I grew up in the area...everyone I know will know you do business this way. Not smart at all!

We hauled 17 ft u haul, trailing our car. The young guy who assisted me and my family really tried to assure we understood everything to move safely from ga to fl. We followed his instructions and had a safe trip.

I rented a truck for $19.95 but by the time I returned it my bill had shot up to $130.00 plus $30 in gas. Should change price per miles too HIGH.

The online reservation and check in process was slick but things went downhill from there. When I arrived there was a truck sitting out front. I assumed this was the one I was renting. As I was waiting to be checked in the truck was pulled back in to the lot. Turns out that was the truck I was getting. All of this wasn't a big deal, but what annoyed me was I was told by the clerk to verify the mileage and fuel level and to come back if anything was wrong. Shouldn't this be done prior to me leaving? Next I was given the key and essentially told "good luck." Again not a big deal as I've rented these before but had it been my fiance it may not have been as simple as that. I was approximately 40 miles down the road when I noticed the check engine light was on. When I talked to someone on the phone I was told "Just check all the fluids and top anyting off that is low." Again should this be the renter's responsibility on such a short trip. Shouldn't these things be checked prior to the truck going back out to the next customer? What I found was that the truck was 3 quarts low on oil. So not only did I pay my rental fee, the mileage fee, but now I am responsible for the 3 quarts of oil that the shop didn't put in? Lastly, I was called when I was returning the truck late to check the status. Your website says a 1 bedroom will fit in one of these trucks. It did not. With that said I needed to make 2 trips which cost me time and I lost my help/movers on the other end because of the additional trip. Needless to say I apologized to the person that called and stated I wouldn't be back in time as planned. He essentially tried to shame me by saying "That truck is already rented to another customer, what should I tell them? I don't have a magic wand to get another truck here, it is the first of the month and there are none in the area." I explained I would get it back as quickly as possible. (Planned to return at 1PM on 7/31, returned at 8:30PM on 7/31) Needless to say I felt bad after hearing that and hurried back. What I found was at least 2 trucks of the same size parked in the lot that evening and a number of other trucks. I have rented from you many times, but this experience has definitely made me think twice about doing it again in the future. I can be contacted for follow-up at chandler0909@gmail.com

When I received my truck it was covered in oil from the previous user. Not only did the oil transfer from my boxes to my new house but when I went in to see how they could help me, I was told to speak with a manager because the man at the counter couldn't help. No apology or any thing. The manager proceeded to tell me they would work on their check in/check out policy while sending me on my way. I will be filing a claim. I am completely disappointed of the quality and service I received as a paying customer.
