This location is the filthiest storage facility I have ever seen. The storage is supposed to be kept at a reasonable temperature but it was sweltering hot and not air conditioned at all. Worst of all there is an infestation of mice and when I went to take my things out of that storage facility there were mice feces EVERYWHERE. All over my things and they even created a nest inside of some of my boxes. I even saw a dead and decomposed mouse in the hallway of that storage floor. It was stuck to the ground it had been laying there for so long in the hot storage facility. My things are ruined and I have yet to receive any compensation for my belongings. The manager didn't seem to care and all I was offered by another manager was a $50 certificate. $50, really? That doesn't cover the time I am spending away from work to deal with cleaning and throwing out all of my belongings. The mice even ate through so many important documents of mine. I am having to throw away blankets, sweaters that are saturated and there was poop and pee in some of my pots, pans and plates. This is a huge biohazard! This is unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I can only imagine how many mice are going through other peoples things in this facility. Stay away from this place.

I had to wait about 5+ minutes in the store before someone helped me. Employees were arguing in the back room, which we could hear, and we had to go around to the other side of warehouse to ask to be helped. Once the employee came into the store the service was fine and quick.

I wish UHaul didn't nickel and dime at every opportunity. I mean, a $5 fee for not folding the packing blankets... really? I'm pretty sure someone or some machine unfolds them and folds them all again anyway. I get it. UHaul makes its real money from the add-ons, but a non-blanket folding fee is a little much.

Reserved the small truck at 8 am for a 12pm pick up. When I arrived the previous user had not brought their Uhaul truck (the one I apparently reserved) back on time. I needed to move promptly so the Uhaul staff member gave me a van instead. Instead of being able to fit all my furniture in one trip, it took two. Luckily I wasn't moving far. I just wanted to explain how this could have become a huge inconvenience if I was more time constricted and had to move a further distance. Uhaul shouldn't overbook like you did to me in this case, because obviously customers are not punctual. You may fine them or give them some kind of consequence for not being on time with their drop-off but this helps me in no way. We should receive some kind of discount. Other than that, the equipment and service was GREAT, and I do understand that you can't control your customers actions.

A/C barely worked in the cargo van. Even on high speed, it didn't blow much air. Stayed warm in the van even with the air on max. The passenger sideview mirror was cracked and had some type of tape holding it together.

I rented a uhaul cargo van and put 8 miles on it. Uhaul website states the van gets 16mpg. I didn't bother stopping for gas to refuel since I only used a 1/2 gallon. Got my final bill and was charged $10 for 2 gallons of gas. How is it possible that I used 2 gallons of gas only going 8 miles and never leaving the truck running or idling. I feel I was ripped off but didn't want to deal with the headache of calling the 13st location and arguing about it. I do not like what happened and the $10 gas charge for only putting 8 miles on the truck. Very disappointed.

By far the worst uhaul experience I've ever had. I waited 20 mins in the lobby at my appt. time (12 noon) alone. Multiple people came in while I was waiting and just left. When I was finally met by an employee I was treated unprofessionally and told that I wouldn't be able to rent with out a second telephone number. I rent from uhaul every weekend in the fall and I've never given a second number. I don't have one. The "manager" was extremely unprofessional after explaining to him that I didn't have an alternate number to give. Finally they gave me a van that they could not find the key to. I then waited outside for 10 mins waiting for them to give me another van that was not cleaned. It had trash in it and at that point I was late for my next appointment due to the incompetence of the staff at this location. The entire store needs training and professional operational review.

On Tuesday September 2 I rented a 14' truck and it had a bad transmission also the right rear tire had a rip in it I had to contact roadside assistance and waited over an hour which put me behind schedule and caused me more money, when I returned the truck and explained what was wrong with the truck I was told that I would be contacted and we would come to some reimbursement agreement no one has contacted me yet

I rented a U Haul Truck and storage unit last week and was very displeased with my experience. I regret to have to enter a formal complaint here. First, the elevator was broken in the storage facility. This made it impossible to get to my unit after staff hours, even though I purchased a 24 hour access unit. Because of this glitch, I could not complete my move from home to storage in 1 day and was forced to leave my belongings in the truck overnight in a paid parking lot. Though I was able to re-rent the truck the next day, I was not given any compensation for my troubles. This was very stressful. I finished loading my belongings into U Haul storage just before the location office closed again the following day. This was not because we did not leave ample time, but yet again the elevator, that was up and "running" again, took about 15-20 minutes/ trip. When we finished, we had about 2 minutes to return the truck keys, but the staff had already locked the front stairwell and we found ourselves trapped within, with no way out of the building. This was a very frustrating and dangerous situation to be put in as a paying customer. When we were finally let out after I found an alarm system and set off the alert, we were rushed out of the building. I wasn't even given the change to return the truck keys and speak to a representative in person. I moved the truck from the loading dock to the parking lot in front of the store. It was then, as an employee was leaving, that he had words of advice for me, "I hope you filed up the gas, because they'll charge you $30 if you don't". His tone was flagrant and rude and he had no idea that my total trip was under 5 miles, even with all the unplanned driving I had to do to park the truck. At this point, I had given up on customer service and felt completely underserved. Not only was my account mismanaged, but I wish I had gone with another storage provider. Finally, there is a thermometer that alerts the facility managers whether the temperature is regulated and it was in the red zone. I alerted the staff and they did not seem concerned. I would like to again bring this to your attention, because I would like to ensure that there is no mold/ moisture damage. I hope my experience improves conditions for your future customers. At this juncture, I will not be a return customer and will not be recommending your services to anyone I know.

What I would like to see happen is the mileage . I filled the truck up with gas and we should not been charged for the mileage also thank you.
