I can't think of anything to improve , the representative at the store was very polite and efficient and the opportunity to preregister on line was great. We were in and out of the store at pick up time in under 10 minutes and drop off was even faster. Thank you!

I reserved 12 furniture pads to rent when I made the reservation online, but was told they did not have any to rent when I picked up the truck. I was told I can purchase them for $8 each or go without. I was not offered an apology or a discount to buy the pads.

Truck was almost 2 hours late for pick up and the location did not have a single moving blanket for rent. We had to purchase blankets instead. The trucks front right tire caused the truck to shake and we had to stop and have it repaired during our trip

Horrible experience for the 2nd time this year! I made a reservation for a 14' at 19.95 per day .89 per mile. I received a one way truck? What a mess after 4 phone calls, I was told it would get straightened out when I returned it. Well, I was charged 29.95 per day AND 1.69 per mile. Horrible customer service will not rent again I will go Penske it was that bad!

Good location for south philly. Lots of room to get the vehicles in and out. They had a very good return procedure reminded me more of renting a car. Very quick checkout. Would use this location again.

They were really good to me. The truck I rented was pretty beat up, but it functioned properly and I had no issues with it. The staff was particularly helpful especially Robert.

The associates are ill-informed, rude, and do not follow directions that you specifically give them. This has happened to me on numerous occasions, unfortunately, and I will not be using U-Haul ever again
