The technicians were very friendly and helpful. However, the location is not easily found, the "24-hour drop off" isn't. The entry is blocked with cars, so you can't gain access to the facility till normal business hours. The sign is so mall you need a telescope to find it. The address is listed on a used car lot sign, near the bottom (where the U-haul) sign is located. The neighborhood is full of drug users and wino's. Not a pleasant experience. The staff helped out the next morning and understood our pain. They have been working hard to correct things, but still nothing is done.

The friendly staff made this a great experience for me. The fast and local service was convenient and quick.The staff made me feel comfortable. My son checked out some of the cars for sale at the facility and 2 days later he bought one. Good job.

The location is a dump. It is in a sketchy "discount auto sales" building that could be used in any horror movie. No one was there to help me when I arrived so I had to wait 20 minutes after leaving work early to make sure I got there before they closed. The people ended up being nice. U-Haul should not allow locations like this to exist. If this was my only U-Haul option, I would rent trailers from another company.
