Inside the van was clean, the outside was really dirty, hard to notice any damages/scratches/ X stickers. The insurance should of been mentioned on the phone at the time of the booking instead of at the counter with people waiting, so that I could of checked cover with my own insurance company. I thought it was a little naughty mentioning it very last minute $14 ????

The fee's where expensive for what I needed the truck for. The truck which only had 6,000+ miles felt like it had 200,000 and was driven poorly. It might be the make of the truck but I had a Nissan Titan which had 90,000 before I sold and it and was spot on till the day I sold it.

The guy that helped us wasn't helpful at all. He wouldn't answer any questions we had. There was one other guy waiting while we were picking up our truck so it wasn't even busy. We asked him about storage since we were moving to Tucson but have to keep our stuff in storage for a month before our new house is ready. He said we could look for storage online. We found a seperate storage facility and signed a contract with them only to find out when we dropped the truck off at the Tucson lactation that we could have stores our stuff there for FREE for a month! We wasted $150 because the guy wouldn't answer any questions. Also we picked up the trailer seperately from the truck and they double charged us.

All staff seem to being having a bad day. Very short tempered due to earlier situation where there was a fender bender in the parking lot so the staff seem to complain about it because they were backed up. My vehicle was fine. Just one of those bad days for the staff that I don't feel should have been expressed to the customers. Just not a great feeling to walk into an unsetting situation.

the manager was rude and did not walk around truck just told me to do it myself loading ramp broken windshield dirty when returned vehicle no one looked at milage also you try a put half a tank of gas in the tank I thought the gas tanks were to be full not at half this was my first time there and last time using U-Hall

It would have been helpful if the website or even the the counter person would have explained the trailer hitch process. Charles could use some customer service skills. He made me fell like he had other things to do & as soon as I was out of there he could get it done....

The owner, Mr. Griff, Jr, waited on me. Not only was he not welcoming he was actually a bit on the rude side. His staff also had no enthusiasm. I guess the concept of doing your job as if you like it and treating others as if they were important was completely missed on this franchise. I've been told by other UHaul franchisee's that I was lucky to not use this location in the past. However, as my favorite is no longer in business and this store is 3 minutes from my home; I figured 3 years later things would be different. I placed my $85.00 in the wrong hands and will not do that again. This franchisee owner does not represent the image I would expect from a UHaul location. As for my comment on the cleanliness of the vehicle the windows had dirty rain spots on the windshield. That wouldn't be a problem except it hadn't rained in the area for 2 weeks. The rest of the vehicle was very clean.

The check in / pick up experience was great. The drop off was fine but the guy needs a little personalty. Thank you for renting with us would be nice to hear. Over all the experience was good, and the truck ran good and worked out just fine.

They gentleman who helped us was most professional and deserves recognition from the regional director. Not only did he help us from a bad situation he also gave us great advice on towing safety. There was no delay and everyone seemed to know exactly what needed to be being done. 10 stars for this facility and personnel working on a Sunday on a holiday weekend!

The systems were really slow and it was kind of annoying, but I know it wasn't the employees fault- he tried as best he could to make it go smooth and was nice the whole time. And when I called back to let them know I wouldn't be able to bring it on time due to unforseen complications at the apartments, the person I was on the phone with (Angel I think her name was) was a sweetheart and helped me , despite the slow system.
