Staffing is an issue...waited 10 minutes for someone to come from the back to the lobby. Could not tell if anyone was working. Three customers came in after me...the owner was delivering a vehicle, but not knowing when someone would be available to help was frustrating.

Charles and team were most helpful during the packing time in assisting with boxes and materials. Their helpfulness continued when our goods exceeded capacity of the truck we had rented by efficiently getting us a trailer for the balance of our goods. Highly recommend this location.

Charles McGriff was the most un customer friendly employee I've ever met. I asked him why are you so "Negative"? Even on the phone prior to coming to store he was sort of combative conversation wise. he said he wasn't and wanted to take my money after i had to say, Look do you want to rent me a trailer or not? he replied yes i want to take your money and i said ok let's get it on then, instead of debating or arguing? Now if you bring this to his attention he will staunchly defend himself blaming me. Well of course that's a given. I wish you call me even though i plan anyway to call corporate not only about his attitude but also his refusal to swallow Crow, ADMIT his mistakes and refusal to email me pictures of damage to my boss's truck. So when i brought the trailer back and asked him if he had been called about the accident he said no. I told him that he and his other front desk employee (I don't know name) did not secure the hitch properly, that when we attempted to drive our Chrysler town and country van onto the trailer that the hitch popped right off and up into the air as on the way he struck the bed door called tailgate. He immediately pointed out that Look you have the knob on top of hitch screwed on loosely trying to show that possibly it's my fault. That was ridiculous because of course it would wiggle a little left and right but was still on tight. I tried to show him where i think they made mistake is that there is leeway when you lower hitch onto ball that the ball has to be against the front of the hitch. I said i tried it myself when Re Hooking up the trailer after it had popped off and that clearly there was play where the ball could be TOTALLY against the hitch wall facing the truck or badly against the cup wall facing the trailer. He wanted no part of learning from me and quickly denied it. I said that you are the one who hooked it up for me and said ok you're ready to go. He would not acknowledge that his remark made no difference. He had the Gaul to say i watched him do it. i replied only partially but anyway i assumed you did it correctly. See this shows his combative or negative attitude. Why would he say that i watched you doing your job therefore the onus of responsibility is on me to know exactly how to secure it like i was a UHAUL test examiner to see if he learned his training correctly? He has a problem admitting his mistakes and ok let's do better next time. His answer was I've been doing this for 8 years and we've never had a problem. At the end of disconnecting the truck and trailer i asked him if he would email me the pictures of the tailgate and he said no i should take them myself. I mean how rude can he get?? I said, look my phone doesn't take pictures and you have my email address right here on the contract. His answer was that don't worry we will have them. I told him and his subordinate who was nicely taking this all in that mistakes happen and you could drop your phone or they could get lost etc. as "S" ha

I was given an estimate of mileage for my trip and took that route and then my bill seemed excessive based on the mileage your company charged me.
