Usually when I rent a car, the sales person would come out and walk around the car to inspect it with me. I was surprised that U-Haul doesn't do this. There were some scratches on the truck that were marked with a sticker but there were some that I couldn't tell if the sticker included certain scratches or not. I hope I am not charged for any damage as I did not put them there.

The rep stated he couldn't process my refund, and after I left didn't answer the phone when I called on 3 way with the other uhaul.

1st class operation. Could be a model for the rest of them. Fast couteous service. Had the trailer I reserved unlike the catonsville operation the day before who wasted my whole afternoon with a bait and switch trailer I did not need after reserving the one I needed and then denied to rent it to me because he said my bumper was bent. I am a contractor and value my time and have pulled a 5000lb trailer with the same hitch numerous times with no problems from other locations. You almost lost a customer due to the rude , obnoxious idiot at catonsville. What a pleasure to deal with pros at Northern Parkway. I will deal with them from now on.

We had some serious issues with our rental because our equipment was not available where we had reserved it at Owings Mills and we were referred to Northern Parkway to pick up at 4:30 p.m. There was no truck available and we had to wait until 5:30 for another return. This totally shoot pour moving day and we had to do two runs instead of one as a result. The staff at Northern Parkway did a great job getting us a discount, however we lost that money in mileage because we got the truck so late.

Have more than one customer service rep...the wait time can be a bit long. Also, have an agent inspect the truck with the customer before it's checked out.

The truck wasn't clean when I got it and for Uhaul to charge for a cleaning fee later is ridiculous cause I know for a fact they didn't clean shit.

I think that the general manager of the uhaul store on northern pkwy in Baltimore city was unprofessional when I asked him to carry out a roach situation I had in 2 different rentals.. He was careless of the issue.. He didn't treat me as if I was a valued customer.. He made it seem as if I was not telling the truth because I didn't have pictures ! Which I believe is nonsense I don't think I will ever use uhaul again because of the manager and his attitude .. He told me his staff told him that no one seen any proof.. Which is probably the case because roaches and insects hide in cracks and small holes that are barely sight able .. Me and my family has no reason to ever make up such a thing.. But I think Mr. Alan Stuber (gm) needs more training in customer service because he makes your company look bad

It is dishonest to say there is a hand Truck and padding on the Truck. Was told to just break the seal. A more honest approach would be to say it will cost you $5 to take the seal off the the hand Truck and $5 to break the seal on the padding. Repeat business is far more important than Hustling someone for $ 10 . Disappointed.

Keep doing what you're doing. I have used this location several times and I have never had a problem. Sometimes the line is a little long, but that's because they take time with each customer. Service is superb!!!
