I was an hour late picking up my rental due to unforeseen events that day, which meant I didn't make it there until closing time. However, these guys still went out of their way to make sure I was able to pick up my rental that same day. The pickup process itself was effortless and took less than 10 minutes. The agent did respectfully refer me back to my contract when I had a question about one of the charges upon my return, but she then promptly removed the charge in question when I pointed to the line in the contract. Thank you guys for your help! You made my move a little less stressful, and I will refer others to you.

I was very happy considering that I had to drive an hour to get the truck I needed for my move. When I got there my husband and I had to wait another hour. We didn't mind because the customer service was awesome. Very friendly and polite people at this location.

Problem#1 Clerk entered the wrong Vech. ID# so the contact he wanted me to sign already had nearly 1000 chargable on it. Problem#2 Supervisor would not allow the clerk to void the first incorrect contract. Problem#3 Highlighted portion of contract "...U-Haul will not charge/credit your card until you return the equipment and your rental charges are calculated..." NOT TRUE. They placed a hold on the amount of the original, incorrect contract and charged me on the second correct contract. When I contacted them the clerk who made the mistake said "nothing I can do, you'll have to wait 3-5 days". Is this sound business practices ??? I won't go back.

The young lady here has poor customer service. She told everyone several times how bad her day was and made it seem like she was doing us a favor by helping us. I understand reservations are tricky but I didn't appreciate having to bring back my truck earlier than my reservation or take a fine. That was ridiculous.

The customer service here was very poor. I was disappointed with the way in which the manager responded to my questions, and how he refused to provide me with any information. The manager was rude, and unhelpful. Although, I have been a long time customer, I will not be using this location nor referring it to others.

Don't lie, I called to book a 26 footer and was supposed to received equivalent a 20 footer with a 5x8 trailer. I was told the trailer holds 1-2 bed rooms. My my reservations was given/cancel. Luckily a truck came in and I even took a bigger trailer and still wasn't enough. I had to make 2 trips. Cost me extra mileage and time(4 hours ) round trip. And I took the trailer back in minutes and was charge a day. Nan Johnston was rude and hung the phone up in my face. I believe she's the reason my reservation was cancel. Railroad did not make these reservation but they help me out. It was your over line when railroad is busy.

The service was friendly and very accommodating. They were even training a new employee who was getting a complete hands-on experience; which I respect. I will be as patient as I need to be if it means someone is learning something new. I will be going back here for my future needs as I know they will get me in and out in a timely fashion and with a smile on their faces. The gentleman even hooked the trailer up for me!! Made me feel like family.

the outside of the vehicle and inside of the window were filthy. My vehicle's fuel tank wasn't full. I didn't report it before I left because a) the clerk made me initial for the full tank before I looked at the vehicle b) she was very busy with other clients and I didn't want to wait a half hour to straighten it out c) I recognize that not all fuel gauges read the same d) I felt it would be pretty obvious from the amount of fuel I put in vs the miles I was going to drive that it wasn't full. When I returned the vehicle and mentioned the that it wasn't full the return clerk said "it clearly states on the contract that you must identify the problem before you leave and that I was out of luck" This would be the contract that the clerk made me initial for mileage and fuel tank before she would give me the keys. When I pointed out that I used nearly 7 gallons to go 25.6 miles the return clerk basically said that I must be an inefficient driver. on top of that the registration clerk spent several minutes telling me how little she gets paid and that as soon as she finds something else she is gone.
