Ean and Josh were both exceptionally helpful. They went out of their way to help me solve some technical issues even though they were completely swamped with other customers. If I didn't get the issues solved I could not have rented the trailer, which was necessary to bring equipment to a large charity event. Their extra effort essentially saved our event. Thank you!

There was a long wait to get truck (apparently one of the people who were supposed to be there working at the desk did not show up in time). Reducing this waiting time would be a big improvement.

When a person makes a reservation to be convenient to where they need the rental and your company doesn't make it convenient and makes them go 50 plus miles out of the way this needs to be fixed

The UHaul employee that checked the truck out to me made a 'paper error' on the contract, changing my return day from the one that I had reserved during my online reservation to the day prior, without informing me. Consequently, I received incriminating calls from my drop off location the next morning while I was still loading the truck and got charged an additional day - a charge I am still trying to get reimbursed for almost 2 weeks later. I am very unsatisfied that such a mistake could happen and UHaul not own up to it.

I had to sweep out the truck before moving contents from storage in. Also, the windshield was dirty. Otherwise a very good experience. Everyone was very helpful. Thank you.

U-haul didn't schedule a pickup location for me, even though we had reserved a truck. I didn't get a call from u-haul until 6pm the night before pickup to be notified of this; leaving me no time make other plans because everything was closed. I had to move out that day. Luckily, the day of my move I was able to contact a helpful customer service rep. from u-haul. My options became a smaller truck than I needed or I could drive 3 hours away for the truck. I chose the smaller truck. It didn't fit all of my stuff even with having 3 cars full of stuff in addition. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating and stressful all because of the incompetence of u-haul. I am never using a u-haul truck again.

You say in your advertising that you can pay "by case, check or credit card" but you do NOT say that you need a credit card with that amount to get the truck! I had cash. I was told on the phone while making the reservation that that would be fine.
