First Need a comment care for road side assistants
Place was Hard to find Poor location improper signage.office was dirty and unprofessional. Although this locating was not a U haul but a private owner it still represents the U haul name. Need to be retrained no the ART of Customer Service it would help with there private business also. what should have and could have taken 10 minutes to do it took 45..I was never offered my free 30 days storage which I really need and took my business elsewhere . And after deal with and seeing this faciity I just wanted to get out of there and never look back.
I all I lost so much money dealing with U haul that I may never come back. We will see how Budget work out, But I safe that story for my ROAD SIDE (Assist yourself)

their location is strange because you cannot make a left hand turn on route 51 from their location so you do have to drive a few miles out of your way to get on your way.
