truck was dirty on inside. I requested a dolly cart and did not get one, My son picked up the truck and person a location was not informed at all and acted as if it was a chore to wait on my son, We have used U Haul in past an was pleased. after this time I will check around before we choose

Equipment was not working upon arrival due to being poorly maintained and rusty. The equiptment I rented (dolly and furniture pads) were not put in the truck or included and were later subtracted from my bill. . One of the workers had a poor attitude and needed to be coaxed to help with loading the car on the dolly which was apparently "not his job" and some other choice words. Terrible experience at this location.
