Do what you promised when contracted - be ready, have supplies that are ordered, make sure truck is safe for operation, etc. You failed on all these.

Be a cleaner facility and personnel that know what they are doing. No working fax machine or responsible staff on site. Had a very uneasy feeling about this location from the moment we pulled in to the driveway

Somebody, should actually be there when we arrive, for we dont have to wait over an hour to get checked in. Also they should know the uhaul policy and not til us something different.
