Asked for a large dolly to move large furniture - surprise! Opened the truck at my moving location- didn't get one. Wasn't able to move & paid $61.00 for nothing...only to return the truck. For $61.00 all I got was a "joy ride" if you could even call it that. Not happy. Not happy.

You should not require renters to put gas in and to pay mileage that is price gouging and IRS does not allow both. The lock latch on rear was broke and door popped open going up hill and items fell out. No one explained what the lock on chain was for and rubber on door was falling off on drivers side which kept door from closing properly.

I picked up my rental at 630 pm on the 9/16 and returned it 705 pm on the 17th, and was charged for two days of rental. I do not think I should have been charged for 2 days

Explain that a full Ioaded truck has no weight on the front tire and breaks will lock up in the rain

the experience was good overall except for the fact I only traveled 9 miles total and I thought the mileage would a little better than $2.00 per I think it is just that I don't rent that often no one did anything wrong

I drove a total of 10 miles, and added $6 of gasoline to the tank before returning the Uhaul. I was shocked to see a receipt where I had been charged an additional $20 for gasoline costs. When I called to dispute the matter, I was initially told there was nothing that could be done, because that's where the fuel line was. Obviously, it doesn't take 6 gallons of gas to go 10 miles, and fortunately, when I drove to the location to dispute the matter in person, I was refunded a total of $23 by a reasonable young man. Still, I would have preferred to have avoided that hassle altogether. So in the future, I would recommend having all customers return the vehicles with the fuel tanks full, so the following customer can be assured they are paying only for the gasoline they used.

The customer service in the office was good. However I had one concern. When I got in the pick-up truck it appeared to register full, but as soon as i got less than a mile away it registered between 1/8 and 1/4 of a tank lower. I immediately called Betty at the office and she was very nice and said she would make note of it. However, when I brought it back I made mention of it to the young man who was checking me in. His response was very dismissive. He stated that I should have said something before I left the lot, and that all trucks do that. (I am not an idiot and I know that it does not happen if the tank is full, as it was supposed to be when I picked it up) I felt he could have been a little less dismissive about it, and furthermore, I don't think he would have responded that way to a man. Please teach these check in guys to be a little more sensitive and attentive to customer concerns. The manager in the office handled it much better, and lopped off the cost of a gallon of gas. I had only driven it about 32 miles and only hauled a very light weight dresser.

I had a question about the mileage charge and the manager, sorry forget his name, agreed to honor what I thought the charge was if I could get him the infromation. Unfortunately I didnt keep the confirmation email but I appreciated his efforts.
