They made my wife and I wait outside for fifteen minutes saying they would be right out, finally I went in and they told me it was fine to go on. They never even looked at the trailer. I would never recommend them.

Everything was great except the contract said the truck had almost a full tank of gas in it and it was only about 1/4 full so I had to put almost $150 in gas in the truck when I returned it. Something isnt right about that I only drove 41 miles

The only reason I did not select excellent for the overall rating is because the computer system was having problems and it was took them excess time to process the drop-off. But they did provide good, pleasant and friendly service.
