They did not know what I paid upfront when I returned the truck. I had to call my bank to prove what I had paid up front. They tried to charge me for the entire bill at the end. If they are going to charge you for everything at the end, then why do they charge you when you pick up the truck? I would not rent from this place that came highly reccommended to me again. I will even tell my enemies never to rent from this place again. They also made a big deal over what came to be a problem with the trucks fuel gage. Why did the truck take over $80 worth of gas to go just over 100 miles? That is the worst milage around, and half of the time it was empty! GO PENSKE TRUCK RENTAL!!!!!
