#1. Customer Friendly Staff who knows how NOT to be rude! #2. It would be a better place if person on desk could answer some questions and simply explain the receipt which reflects activities of some one else instead of yours! #3. Information regarding charges should be told in advance instead of FALSE claims of practicing this!!!

I spoke with one of your employees described exactly what I had move was told cargo van was definitely big enough. It was no where near big enough. We had to make several trips. Luckily move was in same town. Other than that great service. Very professional and pleasant employees!

After I rented the 17' truck from the store near my house, I was later (in various communications) told I wouldnt know until the night before whether the truck would actually be at that store, or at another store, up to 30 miles away. That uncertainty made this experience a bad one. Overall, the person was helpful after that point, the pickup was uneventful, and the truck worked fine. But that uncertainty weighed on me for 2 weeks.

Get new wipers and a new fuel gauge. I went 33 miles and it cost me $40.37 @ $3.659 for fuel. Gas gauge was near the F Did I pay for fuel that the renter before me didn't?

The manager was rude from the moment we walked into the store. He threatened to cancel my reservation because I was 10 minutes within the reservation time. He insisted on parking the truck the furthest point from the store and left the car running, while we had to circle back on foot to the store to pick up our boxes and other materials. We have heard negative feedback from his employees, that they had to break up a fight and that Will has called the police on customers. We also heard that you have had a number of complaints and have do e nothing to remedy the situation. Will shod not be representing UHaul.

We walked in without having reserved a truck and the manager was wonderful! There were no trucks available but he found us a trailer right away - we had to go back to get the pickup to haul it and he reserved it for us with a smile - great experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

Employees are nice but manager lacks customer services skills, they have old equipment and if the break is your fault even when is not. I would not recumbent this location to anybody, too bad is the larges in the Quincy area.

The pick-up process was flawless. The gentleman helping me showed great customer service skills and was very friendly. Upon dropping off my truck I realized that I had locked a small bag of clothes in the cab of the truck. I called immediately and the 24-hour service informed me that I couldn't leave a message for the location but should call at 7am the next day to speak with someone at the location that I dropped my car off. I called right at 7am and explained what I had done, thinking id ask the employee to hold my bag for me aside to pick up later in the day. Before I was able to finish explaining what I had done the employee on the phone said "it's in the trash". As I was in the middle of speaking I didn't truly compute what he had said and so I responded "what?". His response was "I ---threw---it---in---the---trash!" I swear there was at least a full second between each word and then he yelled the word "trash". Are you kidding me? Was I so out of line to indicate that I heard him the first time he said that. So now I'm out these clothes which were in a normal backpack, not a plastic bag. That I could accept and understand to some extent but to treat me like I'm a piece of garbage was unacceptable. I've never written a review before. But I felt someone should know that this employee treats your customers as if they are worthless idiots. I was dumbfounded. I have never been treated so badly. I would hope that uhaul would not stand for customer service like this.

This location did excellent, and I have absolutely no complaints about them. However, I booked my reservation for 6pm at the location on southern artery. I was called and told that the southern artery location had run out of the car I needed, and I would have to go somewhere else that closed earlier. Honestly, this is completely unacceptable. When you book a vehicle, it should be available AT THE LOCATION AND TIME you book it, or your reservation system should make you book elsewhere.
