This is our 4th rental in the last 2 1/2 years and the staff at the Ravenna location have always done a great job and the equipment has preformed as needed. The only negative I would comment on is the problem I have had with the check approval system. It has been a problem every time we have returned a rental.

I had to call for service because we had a dead battery less then 2 hours after picking up truck and had to have them come and start it, then in the morning we had to jump it again before doing another load.

I would like to tell you that the employee working was great and very kind and friendly and helpful and thourough. It is custermer service people like him that would make me want to come back and also recomend the Ravenna Uhaul over any other Uhaul I have ever been to. This was my second rental within a week from this facility and he is why I chose to rent a truck from their also. Thank you, Chuck Toth

We had "problems" with the windshield wipers - We were driving through a snow "white out" weather condition and the wiper blades were super poor - We had to pull over several times to wipe off the windshield.

It was pretty busy, so service was a little slow. Uhaul is expensive, they make a killing. But when you don't have another option, it's there.

My only criticism concerns the fueling procedure. The truck was given to us with 3/8th of a tank of fuel. We were instructed to return it with 3/8 tank of fuel. The first thing we had to do was go buy fuel. It should have been given to us with a FULL tank and we should return it with a FULL tank. It would have been so much easier!
