My issue is not with the location, necessarily, except that I would not have rented from this location to begin with. In fact, I reserved a truck at a location about 14 miles closer to me but was called 10 minutes before my pick up time and told that the truck wasn't available. They found me another truck at this location, but I was forced to pay about $30 more in mileage and taxes (not to mention gas) than I had planned. I will think long and hard about renting from U-Haul again after getting screwed like this.

It was a little confusing that there were two U-Haul locations within about a hundred yards. Next time, you should probably notify the customer of this. Not that there was any problem with that but I had to walk to the other since I was dropped of at one.

The manager is always very professional, knowledgeable about the equipment, very helping and kind. Because of her professionalism, I will always seek to use her facility and recommend this facility to my friends before I go anywhere else.

Customer service was very good. The truck didn't give good gas mileage. I think it overall a good experience.
