The location was dirty and not organized. The trailer was given to me dirty (a layer of pollen covered the trailer floor). The wire harness on the trailer had a break in it and it had to be replaced prior to rental. That's not a major issue, however, it does speak to the locations desire to precheck equipment prior to rental. Blankets were given to me unbagged and some were unfolded. Overall, it took almost an hour to rent the trailer. In addition, I was charged insurance on the trailer after I declined twice. This location was dirty, unorganized, and overall, not very inviting. I would not rent from this location again.
