I've used this location for many years. Very convenient to where I live near downtown Raleigh. The staff is just top notch: friendly, attentive and competent. The van I rented was in clean and in excellent condition. I'm very satisfied with the quality of service. Thanks.

When I called ahead to confirm my storage, the guy on the phone was rude. When I arrived the next day, there was no one attending the desk. When someone did appear no one assisted me. There was a bunch of confusion with the storage facility access and misinformation given regarding my unit.

I was supposed to pick up my trailer at the Security Self Storage Tryon Rd location. When I arrived the trailer was not available even though I had a reservation. I was told I had to drive to a different location to pick up the trailer. You know how to take reservations you just don't know how to hold the reservation which is the most important part of the reservation process.

Facility and equipment was excellent. We did have to wait in a long line to check in. Another person at the counter would be helpful. Overall, however this was a very good experience.

I had items solen from my unit while in storage and i have mix feelings at this point, although the staff their was nice and kind in getting my case file. As of this day I still have not heard from the Insurance in getting my claim approved since I had to purchase things out of pocket. On my way to Charlotte the truck engine light came on where fumes was kicking back inside the truck on me. I really need a refund.

I came in at the last minute after our big SUV broke down - we were desperate and thinking we were going to be unable to finish our move before our home buyers had to move in. U-Haul saved the day! The service was fast, reliable and very, very reasonable!!!

We had scheduled a 14' truck for Saturday, April 27th and the U-haul site said we had scheduled it for Friday, April 26th. They were able to still provide a truck for us, so at the end of the day, all were happy.

Mel Romel was very helpful,I was referred to this sight by another Uhaul location because they did not have what size trailer I needed. Because of Mel's help I would willingly drive out of my way to visit this location again even though it is not closest.
