I checked in online before coming to this location for my vehicle. There were two people in front of me in line at this location (one person working). It took an hour and 15 minutes from the time that I arrived until I received my vehicle. Check in the next day was not better: another hour of my life wasted to drop off a pair of keys. I will never be back.

Anna McGuire did an excellent job, not only with me, but with other customers. She was alone, at least in the office end of it, and was able to keep the work flow going as much as possible. She communicated with the people waiting that she indeed would take care of them. Also, it was quite hot that day, and for your type of business, stress levels would go up in the heat, I would guess

Great selection of trucks. The seat belt on the truck I rented needed to be fixed. I could not tighten it.

Great customer service. I picked up a trailer, forgot my plug-in adapter, the office provided a loaner. Saved me a trip home on the first HOT day this year. Will deffinately return if I have a need.

The gentleman who was in the yard getting the equipment, booking up and then handling the returns was the very best. He is a keeper. Hard to find employees like this. It was a 107 degrees when I returned the trailer. 10 customers in yard returning different equipment, he handled all very professionally, not one complaint. No wonder this location is so popular!

The employees were not very professional. I arrived 15 minutes before closing and 2 different employees insisted that they were already closed and I couldn't rent a trailer. I argued a little and they agreed to rent to me, but it was a very uncomfortable experience.

always always do i tell my friends to rent at the gold river uhaul vs the mather uhaul...not that th emather uhaul isnt good however brent fayne and anna maguire have always (rented 3x in the past 2 years) been friendly fast efficient and explain everything to the average joe in terms we understand and are very very calming in stressful situations...i appreciate them and would like a copy of my testimony in each of their files for review whenever applying for a position within the company please...5 stars guys! thank you ms.shohn liggins

it woudl be nice if you had a quick process for returning customers? a way to get in and out quicker without having to wait "if their are multiple customers in waiting room?" I rent weekly and usually they are very quick but sometimes the waiting room is full and it takes a while? the staff at this location is awesome, Brent does a fantastic job and is always friendly, quick and smiling.

Stop putting the furniture coverings and dolly's attached in the Uhaul...it is in the way and hard to maneuver around while you are trying to move.
If you want them in the trucks, then put them toward the back of the truck, out of the way! Hated It!!!

The UHaul location was difficult to find - - - - I attempted to locate via MapQuest, etc - - - -no signage on the near streets (and a confusing lot located with numerous UHaul vehicles stationed there/nearby street).
