I checked in online and still had to give all my information, again to them. I wasn't impressed.

This was the first time I had rented from U-Haul. It was great. The people at the station were very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this to anyone needing to move.

If you are going to advertise online check-in make sure it works. It still took 30 minutes at the pick up location. My reservation ended up cancelled and replaced by a new one created at the location.

First, they were unable to find the appliance dolly specified and gave me a broken one... I called and was told that they didn't have a replacement. Once I stated that I could not use the current one and wanted a refund, they offered to "double check". Of course they did find one, when I rented the initial dolly, they had at least 4 or 5 in the trailer that fit my specifications. Major inconvenience! Second, the attendent stated there was 3/8, after dealing with previous situation I opted to just put more gas in the tank and be done, there was barely 1/4 tank. I'm not a mathematician, but I'm pretty sure the hash marks on the gauge state the level of fuel. I was told the main people were on vacation, so I would suggest either properly training your agents, or not selling your product when trained people aren't there.
