Moving pads could have had less debris on them. Seemed clean, just random mulch-like pieces. Employees were VERY helpful and polite.

Young man at drop off was not able to answer a simple question. He stated that a manager would contact us. We were never contacted, just received a bill. We were charged for extra millage (which could be accounted for having to get the tow dolly from separate location) and gas, which is also not correct, we even verbally asked and the intake person stated that the fuel was above what we left with.

None at this time. This was far better than I expected. Commendable and a great example how a company changed their mode of operation to better serve the customer. Uhaul deserves to increase their profit margin. Hope this is a win-win for your company.

I am very upset that the reservation I made on 7/23/15 was not met. The location was not were I asked it to be so this caused me to take an extra hour out of my day both for pick up and for return.

I don't have a problem with this location, I however, am very dis-satisfy with UHAL, This is the second time in th e row that my reservation changed in the last minute, and I had to go to another place to pick up the vehicle, even though I reserved weeks in advance. You guy can do a much better job in schedulingyour trucks. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I reserved my truck for another location, had received both a confirmation email and text for the truck and the times I requested. I then rcvd a call from an emp saying, that they closed early, didn't have my requested vehicle and I would have to drive an additional 10 mi to another location, I asked if I was able to return the vehicle to the location originally confirmed. He said that shouldn't be a problem. Then I called the dispatch before i returned the vehicle just to reconfirm this, and I was given the run around, I was not able to get the name of the manager who had any kind of authority to do anything. I was transferred again and again until I was disconnected. I will be calling again.

Terrible moving experience(s). Got stiffed twice when the recommended umove.com (I think) never showed up to complete the move. Returned the box van twice with no moving results. My suggestion, if you are going to get involved in a move that needs manpower............call a bonafide mover. We did and it was a pleasureable experience. It was not with UHaul/And their movers. VFC

When we went to the actual u haul center the employees there told us there were no available vehicles at that time. In fact, they even said that even tomorrow there would be no available vehicles. We went dissattisfied but contempt because it could very well have been that all the vehicles were under reservation. However, once we got home (not even a 10 min drive) we called the u haul center its customer service number and were able to book a vehicle through that same u haul center. The women on the phone said she had no idea why they said they had no vehicles that day when they did. I ended up going straight back and getting my booked vehicle. When I informed the employee of this they said we are not clear enough. That he needed more information. What's more clear that do you have any available vehicles that can be rented today. It's his fault if he needed to know whether or not it was one way. He is the employee and should inform us.

The truck that we were given had a broken radiator. The truck broke down with the first move. We needed to get another truck which was not easy. It seems that there are too many people making decisions for truck rentals that are not on site.

Very mad. This time. Boy did not know what he was talking about. Tried to say I was under on gas which I was not. Then got 219 miles when it was only 20 miles. Ridiculous! Also tried to say I had a dolly which there was no dolly in the truck. Took longer to return because of his lack of intelligence. Tried over charging me on everything. Not happy.

The truck part was great, however, I hired movers via movinghelper.com which is "part of your services". Ended up hiring a local mover " Kauffman's ". I am a police officer working 11pm-7am, requested for Kauffman's to be at my house to start moving at 800am, that way, as soon as I got out of work, I could get the truck, and meet with them to start moving. Kauffman's confirmed my appointment for that day at 0800am, via text, because they say " I can reply via email or text". 8am came, and no one was on site, had the truck parked in front waiting. Attempted to call to see what the problem was and no answer. Texted and emails and didn't hear anything from them until close to 12pm. They will not call me, only text me even after I requested for them to call me to see what the deal was. They said that his crew was in a bad car accident, and that he only found out at around 1200pm. He did not have the decency of calling. I finally got a hold of movinghelper.com 1800 number who called Kauffman's and patch me through to resolve the issue. The "manager" I spoke to, said that two crews were almost done near me and he was gonna send one over to do the moving(this was close to 2pm), I gave the manager the benefit of the doubt and asked him to give me the police "incident number" so I can call the police dept and find out if it there was an accident where his crew was involved. He said that it was a "confidential report number" and that he couldn't give me that information. I told him that he was lying, that I was a police officer and that I knew that was a lie. His demeanor completely changed, and said that he was gonna get me moved today and not to worry. The movers finally came in at around 230pm, they were in another job, done for the day and forced to go do my job because someone else didn't show up. At that point, I already had half of the truck already moved ALL BY MYSELF, because I had to go to work, and needed things to get done. I rented the truck from 8-330 and ended up getting done and returning the truck by 630pm, paying extra fees that Kauffman's never took care of. Also like I said I work 11-7am so I had to call of work because I was not able to get any sleep at all. The reason for me to rent the truck and start the moving early, was to be able to be done by 4ish and rest before work. The movers were hired for 5 hours, and got done in 4. I tried to resolve the issue via movinghelper.com/resolution center, where I emailed back and forth with Kauffman's to end up with them lying even more and acting like they didn't do anything wrong. My issue via resolution center was "closed" but there was no resolution ever made. After the last email that I was able to send on the resolution center conversation, I never heard anything about the issue anymore. Also I am trying to put a review for Kauffman's on movinghelpers.com but it says "I already have" when I never did. I want to let people know how terrible they are and how big they screw me over. I belie
