My original Drop Off was Spanish Springs because it is close to my house and that is what was on my contract. When arrived the lady told me they could not except the trailer and I would have to drive across town to the Oddie Store. Not Happy!!! Todd at Oddie was very helpful and professsional. Said he would let the main office know what Spanish Springs did.

i honestly have no suggestions to improve service at the U-Haul located in Reno,NV @ the cornerof Oddie and Silvrado, my experience from reservation to returning the box van provided was very pleasurable and accommodating the staff courteous and attentive, it's truly fantastic to witness this household name become the icon to American ingenuity it is today showing even the simplest of idea's can survive even the roughest of time's by providing excellent customer service and a trustworthy product Tbank-YoU for you're ongoing willingness to support a community that has grown up relying on your service in both times of need and pleasure, May the Lord be with you in generations to come.

I have only used this U-Haul location twice and my experience has been great. The personnel are polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I will use them again for sure. I really like receiving my contract by email!

Very helpful. Had me checked in and done in a matter of minutes. Voiced my concern about being forced to take a two day rental. They told me I would need to talk to the main office and the info was on my receipt.

Ist trailer left rear light didn't work. Tech was unable to fix and had to unhook and hook up to another trailer. The trailers were clean and hook ups were OK. Office/paperwork was quick and fast. I will go back there for any needs.

The key word is LOCATION. This place was ghetto. They would not let me park my car inside the fence, so I parked 4 blocks away at a 24 store and hoped for the best (it was fine). Other than that, the truck was excellent and folks were nice enough.
